In 1 word: Wow! We enjoyed it so much there! We had nothing missing, very nicely decorated and this in a prime location. If you don't become zen here, then nowhere... Otto and Nathalie, you are more than worthy of the 5 stars!

Very friendly welcome. Home very neat and fully equipped. You can relax in the ecological garden at a stone's throw from Lier. Highly recommended!

It was very nice holiday for us, quiet area, heated private pool, lots of bathrooms and toilets and it was very clean. Thanks again for everything!

We spend a delightful weekend here with 2 couples. The space is beautifully curated and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was ideal for 4 and pretty private even though it was located in the shared backyard. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. The only remark I would make is that the pictures are slightly deceiving, because the pool and hot tub are part of the main houses backyard (so it’s as if you’re in the backyard of the neighbors). The kitchen and living room area are small so I’m glad we were only 4 people (it would have been very small otherwise)

We stayed 2 nights with 7 people in Kris' Airbnb. The accommodation was exactly like the photos and we liked it very much. The house was beautifully spacious and had all the facilities / stuff you need. Think of the necessities for the barbecue, herbs, coffee, tea, etc. During our stay, we were lucky to have beautiful weather, so the swimming pool was perfect. The contact with Kris went smoothly and quickly. We also liked that the check-out time was flexible so we could leave at our leisure. We had a great stay where there was little to criticize. If you had to give a point of feedback, it is that 1 bathroom for 7 (or 8) people is actually just not enough. We knew this in advance, but a 2nd bathroom would be useful. Sarah received us with an outstanding place. The house is perfect to fit a family or group of friends to explore Mechelen surroundings. With a great location to visit other Belgium cities. The park entrance at 2 min let you explore an incredible park, I will totally recommend to visit it. All local recommendations shared by Sarah were incredible. Enough space to park a car o bikes in a safe location. We were surprised with mechelen of how peaceful and beautiful it is

The host is very kind and calm. The house is extremely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, without exception. It has two rooms that can accommodate four people, a spacious and large living room, a big garden, and an amazing jacuzzi. I spent two days in the house, and they were among the best days of my life. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Bert and his wife were very friendly. We had a problem with our transport and they allowed us to keep our belongings in the lodge until we had van sorted. We didn’t use the mezzanine as stairs are steep and we are not young! We slept quite happily on the corner unit which was, surprisingly comfortable for the length of our stay, on ground floor. We’ed stay again. Thanks for your help with our situation Bert.

The town-house was beautiful with lots of space and great amenities. We were a group of 8 girls and we were very comfortable! We loved the dining area, the table was a beautiful art piece, and the couch and blankets provided made the living room very cozy. The beds and sheets and pillows were comfortable and everything was very clean! Our hosts were amazingly friendly and helped us with anything we needed- they even brought us a hair dryer when we asked if there was one! I would highly recommend this house, the location is great and central near many restaurants and shops, while the street the house is on is fairly quiet. 10 out of 10 we loved it!!

Kristen’s house is great - very modern and contemporary, lots of light, bigger than it looked in the photos. The area is really peaceful, but it’s only a short walk to the nearest tram stop if you want to travel into Antwerp centre.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is beautiful, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It’s also incredibly family-friendly, our kids loved the toys, books, toddler bed, and the slide in the backyard! The space is full of lovely plants, giving it a cozy and refreshing atmosphere, and the green backyard was a peaceful bonus. The host was super responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!

My family and I (4 of us) stayed here 4 nights in May of 2025. We loved our stay and truthfully would rent again simply for how great the host is. There was plenty of space for the four of us. All the amenities we needed to self cater and a lovely back yard to relax in after a day of site seeing. Location was great, few minutes walk to both public transport and grocery stores with many little eateries near by. Neighborhood felt safe and we didn’t notice any street noise. The host was amazing, she greeted us on arrival, gave us a full tour and showed us how everything worked. She provides lots of local recommendations and we enjoyed chatting with her. She had some interesting stories.

Our stay in this house with lots of charm in the immediate vicinity of the old town was very pleasant overall. The landlord was friendly and straightforward. The property impresses with its many windows, which provide plenty of light, and a quiet location ideal for relaxation after the many impressions of the day. Particularly practical is the proximity to a rental station of Velo Antwerpen, a bakery and a small supermarket, which makes everyday life easier. A small point of criticism is individual doors that do not completely close, which could affect privacy depending on the travel group. However, this is an easy to fix problem that can be solved quickly with some craftsmanship. If you wanted, there would be even smaller optimizations. For people with walking disabilities, the stairs are probably too steep and narrow. The house is a good choice for travellers looking for a bright and well located place to stay. We would definitely recommend it!

The house was amazing but what really made the difference was the host. Communication as amazing the service he provide was ten out of ten. He allways went out of his own way to help provide or anything I needed. Best host I have encountered in the past couple years of useing Airbnb

We had an amazing stay at this stylish and charming house. The artistic atmosphere added a unique touch, and the beautifully decorated Christmas tree created a warm and festive environment. The house was well-equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The location is in a safe area, with supermarkets and restaurants conveniently nearby. One of the highlights was the excellent mattress — we enjoyed truly restful sleep! Everything about our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway.

Recommended 100%! Marc’s house was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were cooking a lot during our stay, so having such a great kitchen made a big difference. The location is also a big plus: quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and close to everything we needed.
