Outside there are terraces with sun all day, plenty of space, and only 300 meters to a nice sandy beach, as well as a 15-minute walk to Skallerup Klit Resort.

The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
