There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

25 min from Aarhus city center, this apartment is located on a disused farm. In it you will be close to the city, on the beach, on Djurs summerland and many other sights here in Midtjylland. When you drive into the courtyard, you will see the cozy courtyard and orangery with a wood-burning stove that you can enjoy and the children can play in the large garden. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with a nice sofa bed and a smaller kitchen and a nice bathroom with toilet!

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
