Holiday rentals with a patio in Hoàng Mai

Host was helping me and replying really quickly. House was really clean and location for me was perfect as I had everything around whatever I needed. I am very satisfied, thank you once again for being responsible and respectful host.

Great stay and very nice modern apartment in modern area. The new development has lots of restaurants and shopping mall. Overall the apartment was very clean and comfortable, great host! very responsive! and ready to help. My only recommendation is the bathroom sink and the bottom of shower glass needs to be scrubbed clean, build up of stains turning black almost like mould, but easily fixable. Great stay and meets western standards for safety and cleanliness! I would highly recommend both the apartment and host!! I would return :)

I am very happy with my stay at Nong Lee’s house. He is extremely friendly and responds very quickly. The flat is clean, and the location is very convenient for shopping and enjoying gourmet food. We will definitely stay at his flat again when we visit Hanoi.

The place is very easy to find and is close to the city center. Check-in was quick and enthusiastically guided by the host. The room gets exactly what the photos show. The room is not too big but clean, comfortable, full of utilities. Security is extremely reassuring because there is a burglar door along with a surveillance camera. In short, it's too suitable for the price and reasonable for people who want to experience homstay. The host rep the message was quick as well.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. The place is great. Jenn is a very great host and very helpful. She is fast providing response and also assisting us while staying there. The location of this is very great. It is quiet and there are lots of great food downstairs within walking distance. There is also many marts and a mega shopping mall just within 3 mins walk. The location is easy to find and there is a bus station nearby, which the buses goes to those attractions area easily. We are able to access to old quarters, French Quarter and other location easily via the buses eventhough the location is a bit further away. The unit is comfortable with all amenities is available. We really enjoy our stay here. The best thing is that there are many local Vietnamese restaurants nearby which served great Vietnamese foods with cheap price and delicious.

It was good for a lot of people to stay, and there was a shopping mall in the basement, so it was good for convenience.

The Homestay is located in a peaceful, modern neighbourhood, in a clean high-rise building. It is not far from the centre of the city, and there is a big shopping mall in the area. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and other services are available. The apartment is clean and it is a real homestay, where many guests stay long-term. My room had a private bathroom, but there are also rooms with a shared one. The kitchen is shared and there is a large common space to share. The host is kind and very proactive. He quickly responds to messages and conveys everything clearly, in good English. The room was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with the basic devices, including a big refrigerator. AC works perfectly and there is a great view of the city from large windows. I strongly recommend this homestay and Anh as a host, and I would happily stay there again, if I visit Hanoi in the future.
