Host was helping me and replying really quickly. House was really clean and location for me was perfect as I had everything around whatever I needed. I am very satisfied, thank you once again for being responsible and respectful host.

Great stay and very nice modern apartment in modern area. The new development has lots of restaurants and shopping mall. Overall the apartment was very clean and comfortable, great host! very responsive! and ready to help. My only recommendation is the bathroom sink and the bottom of shower glass needs to be scrubbed clean, build up of stains turning black almost like mould, but easily fixable. Great stay and meets western standards for safety and cleanliness! I would highly recommend both the apartment and host!! I would return :)

Comfortable, clean and airy apartment. The host is enthusiastic, take care carefully until I finish checking in. The location of the apartment is great, around many utilities and very convenient to visit in Vinmec.

The place is so clean and lively ,useful house equipments , and the place is peaceful and great Security. Huyen responds to all our demands and is friendly and communicates well. Easy for transport both public and private. Shopping area and malls around. I had great time at this apartment highly recommended.

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

Thanks to the hosts Hong and Tuan Anh for welcoming us and advising us on a great itinerary at Flower Villa. Oceanpark is a great choice for the kids on Children's Day. They got to swim, ride bikes, play, watch fireworks and snowfall.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

Place is in the city centre, with everything in walking distance of 1-2 kms. Clean and spacious rooms.

My stay in Hiep Truong’s condo was incredible. The room is very comfortable and clean. Outside of the building, there’s lots of stores and restaurants to pick from. On the weekends, it does get a little more busy but it still feels peaceful. There’s a lake nearby to get your steps and to go running. Extremely recommend, specially if you’re planning on staying for a month or more. This is definitely a place I will come back to. 💯

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! Thank you so much for having us :)

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!
