This apartment was beautiful, better than we had imagine. Very good price for such an amazing place. The apartment is walkable but also such a close drive to so many attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, District 3 with many popular shopping brands!

We had a great stay here for 5 nights. It’s not very centrally located in HCMC but it’s only a short grab ride away from the centre so it was still convenient to travel around. The place was amazing with top-notch facilities and a very reasonable price! The host communicated very clearly which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. We will come again in the summer.

This building is pretty much new, so it's clean. The location may feel distant but there are a few good restaurants, spas, and a bank in walking distance. I liked this place instantly I actually decided to rent an apartment in the same building.

Raymond Trans place is exactly as describe, has a great balcony view it is a little away from the busy hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City (20min drive from city centre) but still has plenty to offer and not as chaotic which is perfect for those that prefer! We didn’t get the chance to use the pool as it was undergoing maintenance but from what we could see it would be amazing once in use The hotel staff are extremely friendly and always there to help even with the language barrier The aircon works great which is a must in Vietnam as it is very humid and hot Thanks again for letting us stay! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic place and wonderful host , very responsive and helpful , the apartment has everything you need close by including a variety of different restaurants , gym , pools and a mega mall with everything you need within a short walk , would recommend for sure & definitely stay here again

Had a great stay! The hosts were very approachable and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is great, close to lots of good amenities like shops and cafes. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay.
