With a sauna, spa area (accessible via an external staircase), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gazebo and wood-burning stove, life & nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Enjoy the travel atmosphere in the motorhome without sacrificing anything. No matter the time of year, you can heat up the pellet stove or cool off in the air-conditioned bus. Private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. At the farm, there is the possibility to jump into the natural pond by arrangement (attention, no liability is assumed!), to let off steam while archery, biking or hiking. Within about 15-30 min. driving time, there are also some excursion destinations waiting for you.

The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
