Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Hoengseong-gun

We stayed at this place for a family vacation. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all our queries. The appliances were all in Korean, but nothing we couldn't figure out with a little help from Google Translate. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked with microwave, washing machine, as well as cooking utensils. The host was very helpful and graciously allowed my parents to check into the apartment earlier than the check in time since our flight arrived early in the morning. Check in was very smooth. Instructions regarding trash disposal etc were very clear and easy to follow. As far as the surroundings are concerned, it is a wonderful residential neighbourhood with parks, pedestrian areas and children's play areas right within the building complex. Public transport is right outside the complex. Thank you to the host for making our vacation memorable. We will surely be looking forward to staying here again.

다정한 호스트 가족분들 덕분에 편하게 잘 머물다 왔어요. 숙소도 욕실도 굉장히 깔끔하고 필요한 물품이 모두 구비되어 있어요. 매일 아침마다 챙겨주신 토스트도 감사했습니다! 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요☺️

근처 병원에 볼 일이 있어서 급하게 몇일 머물게 되였는데 너무 잘 맞춰주시고 더 좋은 환경에 있게해주시려고 계속 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니당~ 소통도 굉장히 빠르시고 숙소 자체도 너무 깨끗하고 편하고 위치도 좋아서 정말 편하게 지내다 가요!!

자주 이용했고 이번엔 약 한달가량 있었는데 다음 예약이 잡혀지지 않았다면 더 있고 싶었어요 사정상 몇달간 에어비앤비 여러곳 머무르고 있는데 여기만큼 가격도 내집같은 편안한 느낌도 찾기 힘듭니다 늘 제 편의 봐주시던 호스트님도 최고♡

The host is super friendly and considerate. I stayed just like home and I would love to visit her place again in future! Cool vibe and she even can speak English well :)

내집처럼 편안하고 사생활이 보장되는 숙소 입니다. 근처에 맛집과 카페들도 많아 탐방하는 재미도 있습니다! 팻드라이룸이 있어 소형견과 함께라면 수영후 아이 말리기도 아주 수월합니다^^

위치도 좋고 시설도 좋았습니다. 지내는 동안 저희는 라떼와 계속 놀았어요ㅎㅎ 아라떼는 고양이입니다..ㅎㅎ 너무 귀여웠습니다. 그외 시설이나 위치 모두 만족스러웠고 창밖으로 보이는 강가가 이쁘더군요! 다음에 또 방문하도록 하겠습니다. 호스트님께서 잘 대해주셔서 잘 쉬다가 갑니다!

정선 투어라이딩을 위해 묵었던 숙소. 아리랑 시장 5분 거리지만 조용한 곳, 그리고 친절한 호스트. 그리고 완벽한 바베큐. 청결한 숙소. 세심한 배려들. 즐거운 시간이었습니다.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour. Mon arrivée était un peu chaotique parce qu'ils avaient un stage juste avant et ma chambre n'était pas prête. Cependant le personnel est amical, malgré la barrière de la langue tout le monde est souriant et j'ai apprécié l'ambiance surfeur. J'ai eu la chance de diner avec eux un soir c'était très sympa La literie est tres confortable A noter qu'ils donnent des cours de surf. Il y a donc régulièrement des aller-venus de gens mouillés, qui se coiffent etc et que cela impacte les parties communes. Concernant les cours c'est mieux si vous parlez coreen mais ils ont un deck en anglais et les profs sont très bien et vous encouragent! Ce sont les meilleurs cours que j'ai eu depuis un moment ❤️

Very warm and welcoming hostel, in a relaxed location a minute from the beach! I speak very little Korean but the manager spoke good enough English and I really appreciated the effort. A great addition was the communal barbecue in the evening, where you pay in a little and share a barbecue with others staying at the hostel, it brought everyone together and went long into the night! I don't know if this is every night, I stayed 1 night on a Friday, but it really made the experience and was especially welcome as admittedly, there aren't many options nearby for dinner that are walking distance. Overall a great stay and highly recommended!
