At our small-scale park Kleilutte, we rent out 12 holiday homes and there are many play opportunities for the kids; playground, go-karts, trampolines, ponies, playhouse with, among other things, pannakooi, trampoline, table tennis, etc. Super nice environment with swimming pools in the area, etc. Due to the family character of our park, groups of young people and employees are not allowed.

A spacious fenced garden of 1000 m2 with outdoor fireplace. On the edge of a quiet recreation park (with no amenities and partly permanently inhabited). A place to enjoy nature: reset and relax. Parking at the holiday home, charging station, wood stove, underfloor heating, 3 airconditioners, rain shower.

Tiny Tukker in the Twente nature

A unique Tiny House in the middle of nature on the Nieuw Kagelink estate in Markvelde near Diepenheim. Self-sufficient, cozy and cozy, in the middle of the nature where the deer and hares pass by. This nature house is made entirely of wood, with a kitchenette, bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, from which you look out over meadows, flowers and forests around you. Unwind, relax in the hot tub (to be booked on site for € 45/day and let yourself be surprised by the beautiful nature.

The small cottage

This unique accommodation is in the middle of the Borkeld nature reserve, where you can follow beautiful hiking and biking routes. Several MTB mountain bike routes are close by. In this guest house, you have your own cooking facilities, spacious sanitary facilities and a lovely double bed. Optional: on request, there is the possibility for breakfast.

De vakantieboerderij, gelegen tussen de weilanden en aan de rand van de bossen van landgoed Het Weldam en Nijenhuis, biedt vier kamers met elk hun eigen badkamer, twee woonkamers, een volledig ingerichte keuken èn een grote tuin met terras. Hiermee is onze vakantieboerderij uitermate geschikt voor groepen.

Het vakantiehuis heeft 3 slaapkamers met 2 boxsprings, stapelbed en 2 badkamers. De keuken is voorzien van een oven/magnetron combinatie, elektrische kookplaat, afwasmachine, koelkast en vriezer. Het huis is duurzaam gebouwd, het wordt verwarmd met een warmtepomp en 48 zonnepanelen.

In our yard in Twente (Kleilutte), we rent out 12 vacation homes and there are many play opportunities for the kids; playground, cross-country skiing, go-karts, trampolines, ponies, playhouse with a panna cage, trampoline, table tennis, etc. Due to the family character of our park, groups of young people and employees are not allowed.

Horse and bed in a unique farmhouse

In the heart of Twickel estate lies this large and unique farm with the possibility to bring your horse. Twickel is known for its varied and fairytale landscapes. Here you will find many cycling, hiking trails and equestrian trails. The Umfassungsweg is recommended. A stone's throw away is the castle and the cozy town of Delden. Here you will find small shops, good restaurants and museums.

Come enjoy with the whole family in this quiet group accommodation in the middle of a bird-rich nature reserve. Due to the sedum roof, the building merges completely into the surrounding area. Nice places like Rijssen and Holten offer shops and restaurants, and the beautiful Sallandse Heuvelrug is steps away. How about a canoe trip on the Regge or a city walk through historic Deventer?
