Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Elsau liegt an der Stadtgrenze zu Winterthur. Ländlich und doch in Stadtnähe. Besuche Winterthur mit seinen Cafés, Museen, dem Technorama oder den Musikfestivals! Zürich ist mit dem Zug und Auto in 30min zu erreichen. Ebenso aber der Rheinfall oder die Grenze zu Deutschland und Österreich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen Parkplatz, ist nahe der Bus- oder Zughaltestelle. Im Sommer kann der hauseigene Pool nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sie liegt naturnah – und doch zentral: Direkt gegenüber beginnt ein kleiner Wald mit wunderschönen Spazierwegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Bahnhof liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt. (Direktverbindung nach Zürich HB vorhanden)

Easy traveling with bus & train, station near 100m of the airbnb. With a 10 to 20 minutes walk, you are at the next "Weiher" (ponder, sea). A pleasant stay for couples, solo adventures, business trips and families (with children).

I recently booked a room for my nephew, who needed a place quickly as a student, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pa and Sadik were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. My nephew felt right at home, thanks to their warm hospitality. The room and the house were spotless, creating a perfect environment for him to study and relax. Everything was just as described, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. Overall, it was an absolutely great stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation!

Bernhard is a wonderful host, accommodative and helpful. He is prompt and proactive with his communication and gives guidelines and recommendations if you require. I will recommend his apartment. The only caveat is that his apartment is a bit away from the Zurich main city but it is very well connected by public transport.

Sabine is a wonderful host. Communication was always very friendly, accurate and quick, the place was easy to find, check in hassle-free. The room is comfortably furnished as seen on the pictures, the bed is very comfortable. Everything is very clean. I use the desk and chair as well as the Wi-Fi. Thank you very much. 🙂 A bakery is a 5-minute walk away. It couldn't be better. I will be happy to come back.
