We had a great stay at Sumners place. It's location is very cool being right downtown but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. He has it set up with everything you need and more. We appreciated his friendliness and great communication!

I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

We have enjoyed the stay at Patricia’s place. It’s well designed and decorated. It’s cozy and yet fully functional. Patti is super nice and we had a wonderful conversation about Damariscotta. We would strongly recommend Patricia’s place anyone who should have chance to visit Damariscotta.

Morning sunrise across the harbor with rose, pink, purple, blue neon colors? Check! Funky, Artsy, Unique cottage features (by all means, appreciate the Art Glass newel posts)? Check! Clean, cozy, comfortable and induces lazy R&R? Double Check!! Nearby places to explore, learn history, eat & drink hearty, hike, shop for treasures? Also double check!! My husband and I frequent the Pemaquid Peninsula during all seasons. Sometimes we camp, sometimes we find hidden gems to stay for a weekend...Ken's Cottage is a keeper...Triple Check!!!
