Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house is located in the upper part of the city, a residential area from the early 1900s. It is on one floor of 75 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture & small barbecue available. Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

Just inside Kullaberg Nature Reserve is this captain's villa from the early 1900s. The house has been renovated by the current owner to make it work best for renting. The house is suitable for business travelers, families (with children) and large groups. It is within walking distance to the harbor, swimming areas and all activities. It is located in the popular area of lower Höganäs and has undergone a total renovation. The accommodation is close to the sea and only 5 minutes walk from the popular sea bath Citybadet with sandy beach, jetties and sauna. Close to popular restaurants and shopping as well as cycling and walking paths around the area.

🏡 Charmigt litet hus med privat bastu i Skånes vindistrikt – nära havet och Kullaberg, badplats, pizzeria och affär. Tunneberga gästgivargård finns tvärs över vägen. Nära Kattegattsleden som har utsetts till årets cykelled i Europa 2018. Skåneleden för vandring går genom byn. Huset är på 40 kvadratmeter och har eget badrum och bastu. I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. Tillgång till egen uteplats med grill.

Två sovrum gör det idealiskt för fyra personer med möjlighet till en extrabädd på ovanvåningen (tillägg per natt tillkommer för extrabädd). Vi erbjuder normalt inte lakan eller handdukar, men kan erhållas mot extra avgift av 200kr per gäst.
