Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing stores, tobacco shop, etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping center ,intal center ‘‘ and right behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation, etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

beautiful basement apartment, very clean and spacious, great communication with the host. beds were very comfortable for a great night's sleep. unfortunately, as mentioned in other reviews, the family upstairs are very noisy, children running and screaming upstairs from 5.30am. The bedroom blinds have limitations and the curtains don't shut to keep the light out, this was mentioned on other reviews, because of this the neighbours who were chatting outside could see directly on to the bed, which isn't ideal. this wouldn't stop me booking again, overall the apartment is 5 * and fabulous, just a small details with the curtain/blind let it down

This apartment is amazing value for money and met all our needs for a relaxing stay in Seefeld. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen area was adequate to make meals and the bathroom was of a good quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would certainly stay again.

I was able to enjoy my trip thanks to the really friendly host and the accommodation that was more beautiful and comfortable than the photos. The host didn't miss any issues and resolved them, and the accommodation was conveniently located near the bus stop, so I had a comfortable stay every day. If I come back to Garmisch, I definitely want to come to this accommodation. It was a really pretty, comfortable, and cozy... It was a very, very nice, picture-perfect house.🥰

With three friends, I had a wonderful couple of days in Dania's airbnb. It was easy to find, easy to travel (close to station), and we got an Innsbruck Welcome Card that we gratefully used! The cottage was clean, tidy and equipped with every comfort. One bedroom has a somewhat smaller bed, and is also somewhat noisier because it is closer to the track, but we were aware of this in advance. Very happy that we were allowed to enter the cottage earlier, because of our early arrival. We had an excellent time and would love to come back!

We spent a few very nice days at Johannes. The landlords are very hospitable, helpful, uncomplicated and have responded quickly to messages. The small apartment is equipped with everything you need (plus SodaStream) and really very clean! We felt right at home. You can start the day with a beautiful view of meadows and mountains. The location is fantastic, with hiking trails right outside the door and other excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.
