A charming small, older but renovated apartment on the 1st floor it has about 50 m2 and a slightly smaller bathroom with shower, the apartment is located on the outskirts of Hamburg in the beautiful Vier and Marschlande directly at Lake Oortkaten with surf and swimming facilities. Public transport and an Edeka are within walking distance in 10 minutes,travel time about 40 minutes to the city center, can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Washing machine and dryer can also be used by arrangement.

The 55m2 apartment is modernly decorated and has floor heating. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house. It has a separate access via a narrow staircase. The apartment is ideal for singles, couples or a family with toddler.

On 75 square meters there are two bedrooms with box spring beds, a kitchen with upscale equipment, a bathroom with spacious shower and towel heating and a cozy living room with dining area and access to the balcony. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street.

Welcome to our studio in the pedestrian zone in the center of Harburg, the district on the southern side of the Elbe. It is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building and is part of our penthouse apartment. However, our apartment and the studio are completely separated from each other with their own apartment door, so that our and also your privacy, dear guest, is preserved. The studio is very centrally located, so everything can be reached in a few minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt im ländlichen Hamburg Ochsenwerder in einem 100 jährigen Einfamilienhaus. In 200 m Entfernung fährt der Bus in ca.31 min in die City (auch nachts). Eure Gastgeber haben einen Teenager Sohn und wohnen über Euch. Die Einrichtung wurde im shabby chic Look gestaltet, es wurden zum Beispiel Treibhölzer aus der Elbe als Regale verwendet. Die Elbe ist 400 Meter entfernt. Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung ist 2,10 Meter!!! Radfahrer willkommen.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
