Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

The property is located in a very quiet street next to the forest and only 400 meters from the beach. The garden is available to all guests and offers a slide, swing and barbecue area.

The nearest tourist tax-free beach is in Behrensdorf, 4 km away. Shopping, restaurants and cafes can be found in the town of Lütjenburg, 6 km away. The forest-rich surroundings invite you to cycle and hike.

The apartment is 50 square meters and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the yard, as well as a beautiful kitchen area with sitting area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is an extra bedroom 90 x 200 bed and in the yard is a shed for the bikes.
