Sie liegt direkt am Meer, im Obergeschoß eines 100 jährigen Reetdachhauses, bietet 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem großen Wohnraum, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Bad im 70iger-Jahre-Design. Es gibt keine Nachbarn, im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant „Klabautermann“, es gibt eine (Gebührenpflichtige) Sauna und eine sichtgeschützte Freifläche mit Strandkorb und Außenmöbel. Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen!
