High and low climbing park is only 300m away, and about 500m away is Strandafjorden swimming area! Ål ski center is 8 km away and Geilo only 23 km. Hemsedal ski resort is 56 km from the cabin. Hardangervidda about 35 km. In the surrounding mountains you can pick and choose from fantastic ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer! The activity opportunities are just as good in winter as in summer!

En fin base for å utforske Hallingdal. Sentrumsnært og med kort vei til skianlegg, langrenn, fjellturer, fiksevann og flotte sykkel-løyper i området. Vakkert både sommer og vinter!

I am sure you will enjoy a stay in Geilo and my apartment. Geilo is a beautiful place in winter as summer. It has a lot of activities all season. Ski slopes, cross-country skiing, fishing, walks in the mountains, shopping, restaurants, train station close to the apartment etc ... Geilo offer free bus to all lifts from the big parking by the roundabout. You can bye your fresh bread in the shop on the first floor from 7 am. I wish all my guests welcome and have a lovely stay in Geilo.

Huset ligger fredelig, men svært sentralt plassert. Det tar 15-20 min å gå til togstasjon/ sentrum og 10 minutter å gå til slaatta skisenter. Det er 10 sengeplasser totalt. 1 etg: sovealkove, soverom med dobbelseng og sovesofa, bad med toalett/dusj. Trapp opp til 2.etg som inneholder to soverom, bad, vaskerom, godt utstyrt kjøkken og stue. Terasse med spisegrupper og grill. Det er mulig å parkere ved inngangsdøren. Flotte sykkelstier, turløyper og skiløyper i gangavstand fra huset.
