There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset to the east, and Hardanger to the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless paths and trails in the area

Unique and comfortable stay with new views

Our newly built "sleeping box" is teikna and built by the inexpensive architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and stands on the 2nd floor in a empty grain barn from 1850 with airy views of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but it can put in an extra mattress or cot if needed. In the barn that is located in the building next door, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet have been built. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can add an extra bed and/or baby bed if needed.

Nice view of Geilo and its slopes situated 950m above sea level. NOK 75 per passing up to the hut by automatic camera-monitored toll road. Geilo has many activities for families and couples. Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer, and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter. Bed linen and towels included!

Lovely cabin in a quiet area about 4km from the centre of Geilo. The cabin can comfortably accomodate a family, and a week here will give you a refreshed mind and lowered shoulders. The cabin was refurbished in 2020 and combines closeness to nature with modern luxury. You get a beautiful view from a large terrace. Both hiking and cross-country tracks are found right by the cabin. The cabin has free wifi, a TV with Apple TV and Nespresso machine. There is a jacuzzi at no additional charge.

Our appartment is quite central with easy access to many of Geilos activities and the surounding nature. The apartment is very modern and self contained. It takes 10-15 min to walk to the town center, Train and Bus Station. Only 150 m walk you find the Ski bus stop, Bakery, Swimming pool, Bar and the locals favourite restaurant Sofia's. 10 min walk to Slaata heisen and the ski area Slaata. We wish you a great stay! Welcome to Ål in Hallingdal and our cabin Annebu. The cabin is located in undisturbed and beautiful surroundings with great views. Located at 930 meters above sea level, ski conditions are secured in the winter time, but also plenty of activity and swimming opportunities in the summer. Well set up for families with kids of all ages. The winter break until the cabin, and ski in ski out (cross country skiing).
