The large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails and rinse off the sand and saltwater in our unique outdoor shower. Less than a mile from the nearest public beach access and walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and putt putt on the Holden Beach causeway. This location is close to several beautiful golf courses featuring the Lockwood Folly Country Club and the Carolina National Golf course.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. This is our home and we hope you enjoy Dixie's Cottage !!!

Unpack your bags (using the elevator!) and start enjoying your time! 3 Bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 twin beds. All sheets and towels are provided for you! We also supply beach towels, chairs, toys and a cart to haul it all in. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a Weber grill, 3 smart TVs, an outdoor shower, a Keurig coffee maker (with k-cups to get you started) and much more!
