The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

We loved our stay. It is so convenient to the beach. It was great to have a place for our beach stuff in the closet downstairs! It may not be a major amenity, but having a filtered water pitcher was awesome! Thank you for this! We can’t wait to come back again! Pro tip: If you go to Inlet View Restaurant, order appetizers from the bar on the first floor. No wait! You can order apps downstairs only, but they have 2 pages to choose from.

Anne’s oceanfront condo was a little piece of heaven. Beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom decks. The house was spotless upon arrival, and Anne actually reached out and offered it earlier than the 3 PM check in time. It was comfortable, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for a beach getaway. The location could not have been better. It sits on the south end of the beach where it was quiet and peaceful, yet a good beach walk away from the pier and inlet. The pool was a nice plus as well! Anne provided a closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach towels for us to use. This will be our go-to condo for our ocean isle visits!!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

This was a fantastic place to stay with our children and an even better location! We have made a tradition of camping at Holden Beach for the past 8 years for my son's birthday but decided we wanted to maximize our beach time w/ less set up and tear down. We were so lucky to find this adorable little cottage! VERY convenient to the beach/pier. The outdoor set up underneath the house was perfect for us to just hang in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this house and stay here, again. Thanks for making our 8th year at Holden Beach one to remember!

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Spotless interior with a well appointed kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We've stayed at dozens of Air BnBs and this one is fantastic! Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

The 5 of us old high school pals had a stupendous time. Tons of laughter on the deck overlooking the water. Great views! The cottage had everything we needed!

Perfect house and location for our family! Easily walkable to the beach, even for our four year old. The house was very clean and we felt right at home. 5/5 would recommend!

This was our 2nd stay at First Catch. We love the location. Great host, always responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and roomy enough for a large family, and was well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. My son and husband loved fishing in the canal right behind the house. My brother and his family rented kayaks and paddled out to the waterway. The walk to the beach is fairly easy, even for someone with disabilities like myself. Quiet neighborhood and lots of wonderful local restaurants and shops. I would recommend First Catch 10/10!!

Me and my group LOVED this place! It was so so peaceful and the neighbors were such a huge help. The views of the sunset and the stars were so pretty. i would definitely recommend for a nice weekend stay!

It smelt amazing upon walking in! Gave it more of a home feel. Everything was super clean! Loved the extra touch of toothbrushes/toothpaste. All the little things made our week great. Easy beach access topped off our stay and I would highly recommend this place!

Luanne’s place was like home away from home! Plenty of extras including extra towels and wash clothes, cleaning supplies, floats, comfy throws, pillows, and even a grill! The kitchen was well stocked also with plenty of cookware , spices and condiments, and utensils. The canal was a fun place to fish and we caught a few! There are three crab traps included too! We used the floats provided and floated in the canal a few times! The front deck and the back deck are amazing. The underside of the house is awesome! We spent many a nights sitting under the house watching movies! The beach is close and an easy walk… the beach is about 8 to 9 houses back from the beach access. The beach is beautiful and we found close to 100 sharks teeth in one week!

This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

Our first time in Wilmington, NC & found this place last minute & it did not disappoint! Roomy for a family of four, beautiful view, walkable to downtown, & the condo had all the amenities we needed ! Bedroom king bed was very comfy & we liked having our own tv ! We plan to visit the area more often & will stay again! Aaron was a great host!

We absolutely LOVED their place! I have to say one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Everything was spotless. Loved the decor and you feel like you’re sitting right on the beach on the balcony. Keith and Terri were fabulous to work with and quick to respond. I would absolutely book with them again.

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!
