JC was an amazing host and his property matched the pictures, listings and descriptions. He was very responsive and proactive with exact instructions which made my check in, stay and check out all seamless . His property was clean and decorative and was also very comfortable. I felt right at home with amazing ocean views. I would definitely book with JC again.

We loved our stay! The view is so surreal and beautiful, right by the beach. The airbnb is pretty spacious and could comfortably accommodate 5 guests. The place was pretty clean and the team was pretty quick in response and very helpful! They were super nice about the check in and check out times and tried to accommodate for our needs.

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Fort Lauderdale! The location was perfect — super close to tons of amazing food options, shops, and everything we needed. It was really convenient to get around, whether walking or driving. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the check-in process easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

This was a last-minute emergency situation because I had issues with piping in my house. Since that was happening, I also took advantage of having the house fumigated. So finding this place was an absolute gem. Carlos was incredible. Helped my mother and I through a tough time as far as having an affordable last-minute place to stay.

My husband and I usually stay at a different Airbnb on the beach, as we try to make a trip every year, however this time around we needed a bigger space and we could not be happier with our decision to stay here. The space is incredibly spacious and hug kudos to how clean it was upon our arrival especially being a beach apartment. Otherwise, location is fantastic! We love to stay around here because it is a more quiet area on the beach and that’s exactly what we look for. You will not regret booking Lisa and Andrew’s space for your trip.

I had a great stain. It’s on the very top floor 42 great view very clean. You are literally in the middle of Brickell

Right from when we booked Cinthia's place, Cinthia was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages / questions and requests. We were at the air bnb for nearly 3 weeks and therefore, we made ourselves at home. Throughout our stay, Cinthia continuously replenished the usual toiletries. There were plenty of towels and linen for use. The flat had plenty of space and what we loved was the walk in closet which also accommodated our suitcases comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so that if need be we could cook. The flat was equipped with a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. What I loved about Cinthia the most was she was very accommodating and had a hand held steamer for my use. The flat is situated in a 42 storey building with a good and well equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna & steam room. Location of the building is superb in the up and coming Brickell area with ample of good restaurants around.

Very clean , absolutely beautiful apartment. The balcony was fabulous.

Josh's place was amazing. we had all needed supplies plus more. We didn't need a rental car and walked everywhere. the bathroom was gorgeous and water hot with perfect pressure. Bed was clean and comfy. Josh always responded. would stay again.
