Hotel holiday rentals in Hollywood

This place is such an amazing find!! I stayed here with my boyfriend and it didn’t disappoint. We stayed in a small studio room, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Johnny and Kat are amazingly kind and have everything you could ever need. We used the snorkeling equipment, the bikes to cruise around town, and the grill to make some hotdogs. The restaurants are less than a 5 min walk and have some awesome happy hours! The beach wasn’t overly busy either. The pool isn’t that big, but that wasn’t a problem for us at all. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. We loved it so much we might even be coming back again before the summer is up!

Gary was very helpful and kind. He even let me check in early because the room was already ready. This place is a hidden gem. It’s everything you’ll need for your stay.

We stayed here for the 2025 Air and Sea show. There were a total of 8, 2 of which are 3 and 5. The condo is spacious and the rooms are great. At no point did anyone feel on top of each other. There is an indirect view of the ocean, but that did not matter for us as we were on the beach for the show. Very very minor upgrades could be useful, but this is a condo on the beach that I am sure is usually always booked. Justin is SO responsive, and will help in any way possible. He gave so much information that no locals could really use. (We live here) He was so flexible with check- in, which was a concern of mine with a 3 year old that still naps. He also gave us choices for a later check out if we decided. Highly recommend!

View, view, view! The view of the ocean all throughout the dining room, living room and balcony is spectacular! The hotel building is nice. The Italian restaurant, Casa Calabria, in the hotel lobby is amazing. Samantha was super friendly and accommodating- she allowed us to have a later check out for a fee. She lives in the building, so she’s right there if you need anything. The penthouse is very large - with two bedrooms- one with two beds for our children and the other with one bed for us - each with their own updated bathrooms. The rest could use some updating- but that didn’t take away from the incredible view and wonderful host. Thank you, Samantha, for everything! Even our small dog loved it!

Very nice and reputable apartment right on the beautiful beach. The apartment is super central, as soon as you arrive by car it is taken and parked by the guys, you get out and check in the lobby, super easy. The guests come from all over the world and are rather upscale, the accommodation is clean, and offers, in addition to everything described, access to the pools and the gym. Very nice apartment, modernly furnished with washing machine and dryer, we arrived with two children, the baby bed and the high chair were already placed in the apartment, very attentive of Michael. Everything in the area is within walking distance, supermarket, restaurants, fast food all within 5 minutes. The beach is phenomenal and the loungers and parasols are provided by the hotel (private beach). It was a very nice time in Michael's accommodation, thank you we will come again.

Beautiful spot! Super clean, dont be fooled by the old looking building on the outside, hotel is gorgeous inside. Classy rustic look. Bed was very comfortable, room was spotless

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Hotel is located in a great location in Sunny isles. Hotel and room was great. This is a great place when traveling with families and kids. Feels like a resort. Service is great. Room is conveniently located on 5th floor so you can get up and down very quickly. Highly recommend this place! Thank you.

Perfect place to stay for a few days- close to downtown but not too loud. We walked to the beach, dinner and breakfast. 10/10 reccomend Lona Cochina for tacos & margs 🍹Overall would stay here again, reasonable pricing and has everything you need :) thank you Alexandria!!

Beautiful, bright and airy, spotless apartment in mint condition! Very nice (partial) ocean view. Pools are great. Beach is 60 seconds away from property edge. Check- in was very easy, and the valet parking attendants are quick and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Evanthia always responded to questions very quickly. The booking was easy from start to finish. We really enjoyed this location and our stay was easy and uncomplicated. We would stay here again.

This was our 3rd stay in the last year at this particular hotel. We really enjoy it there. It's always clean and has much to do in walking distance. I will say that this unit has been my favorite so far. I really enjoy having a view of the ocean and city. The ocean is a bit far away but still it's a great view. The bed was very comfortable. Large amount of space. Most of the products in the bathroom smelled like something men use which my husband didn't mind. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed for smaller meals. I would bring your own seasonings. I never found salt and pepper in the unit. Overall, really good stay and will be back to this unit.

The place was nice and centrally located. The pool and the amenities were very nice. The staff were very helpful. The balcony was enjoyable. There was plenty of parking even coming in at all different times of the day. I would recommend this place and stay there again. Thanks

We stayed here during Tortuga festival and it was a great spot. Carlos was SO responsive and helpful when our flights kept getting changed. The room was exactly like the photos. Area is walkable, 10 min walk from the beach, a publix is across the street, and a water taxi stop is right out the front door. Only small con is the front desk (which he warned us about and unfortunately can’t do anything about) was SO slow for anything you needed and wasn’t very nice. It took us almost 30 mins to check in because there were 2 people in front of us in line. But once you’re checked in you don’t need them anyways. Didn’t have a car but I think parking it was pricey, something to confirm if you plan on driving. Overall we would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!!

We had a little mixup with us leaving our luggage before our checking time but it was resolved quickly. Most restaurants that we wanted to visit were an Uber ride. There were some hotel restaurants local. We did Uber eats one night and it worked perfectly. Other than Miami be unseasonably cold it was a great stay. Our Airbnb was warm.
