Holiday rentals with beach access in Hollywood

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

The hosts were more than hospitable. They were very warm and friendly. They were very happy and cheerful people who were such a charm to interact and communicate with that I almost did not want to leave and go home. The place was spotless and the pictures did no justice as to how comfortable and inviting our experience turned out to be. Next time I go to Florida I will do everything I can in order to return back to their place that is how much we loved it! Thank you guys for making everything worth while during our stay, hopefully we get to stay again sometime soon? We just loved it so much as it was the perfect little hideaway!

Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

Love how close to the beach it is …

This was by far one of the most intimate air bnbs we ever visited. The host were friendly and everything we needed was near by. The pool was clean and romantic at night. I give this place 6 Stars

Our recent stay was nothing short of delightful. The property itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to stay in. The location is truly tranquil, and having what feels like a private beach just a short walk away was the cherry on top. As those who prioritize cleanliness, we appreciated how well-kept and spotless the property was. It’s clear that the hosts take great care to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, I did notice the presence of security cameras around the exterior of the property including the back patio. While I understand the need for security, it did take away from our sense of privacy, which is something we value during our vacations with our family. It may not be a concern for everyone, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, despite this minor aspect, the property is amazing, and we would recommend it to others looking for a beautiful getaway in a serene location.

Steven and Paula were great host. They allowed for early check in and were responsive to all our questions. I would highly recommend!

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

The place was super clean and exactly as pictured! The living room mirrors were such a vibe—perfect for relaxing or taking cute photos. The power briefly went out due to the weather, but the host was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing! Neil and Michelle were the ideal hosts. During our stay, my oldest son turned 18, so they coordinated with me to ensure a birthday cake and candles were there waiting when we arrived after a 14 hour drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I can’t brag enough how kind and amazing they were. If you’re looking for a peaceful and private home away from home, I highly recommend booking!

We stayed at Monica’s place while we were attending medical appointments for our young son in Miami and it was such a wonderful peaceful home-away-from-home to come back to after a long day. It was very clean, super-comfortable and everything had been thought of. I like to cook for my family and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could need - something I find quite rare in Airbnbs. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot and strong and there were plenty of little sitting nooks inside and out which I always really appreciate. The coffee bar was a great touch. The pool area was lovely and the trees and plants really gave an inside/outside feel which I loved. The neighbourhood seemed quiet and very safe - we enjoyed early morning walks to Holiday Park which is just a few blocks, very accessible and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Monica!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

The house was as expected - and matched the pictures and description. Such a beautiful and well kept home. It was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was easy and the hosts were nice and easy to work with. Will was responsive and worked with us on an early check in and a late departure. He was always available and responded to questions almost immediately.

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.
