Apartment holiday rentals in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles

Max and Sun were able to accommodate us on very short notice after our initial air b&b did not work out. Max was very responsive and check in was easy with clear instructions. The only minor issue was that the hot tub wasn’t working the 2 nights we had stayed but this did not affect our overall experience at all. I would recommend this place to friends and will definitely book with them again the next time i’m back in LA!

Couldn’t ask for a better host during my stay. This being my 3rd stay at one of his locations, each one comes with very specific instructions and excellent hospitality. Highly highly recommended!!

We were in town for a concert at the Palladium and it was a walkable distance from the location. The space was perfect for what we needed and the host was readily available when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this welcoming, bright, clean, and spacious condo! The beds were very comfortable with soft, clean linens. The bathrooms were spotless with lovely fixtures and excellent showers. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and everything was in good working order. The nice big televisions were very handy for screen mirroring from our phones to show each other our photos from the day! The AC worked wonderfully and was easy to adjust. I also really enjoyed the balcony. A few minor things which didn't diminish our experience but are perhaps worth noting: the property is not self check-in as stated, however communication was excellent so checking in was very easy, plus they were incredibly kind & flexible with our check-in time. Also, the location is much closer to East Hollywood than the area shown in the listing and the price does seem just a little high for a two bedroom in that area, but prices in LA may have just jumped up everywhere since the fires.

Vee’s place was excellent for me , the apartment was clean, efficient parking , balcony to sit outside and relax . Everything about the stay was great , highly recommend Vee’s accommodations

Natalie was such an amazing host and the space was absolutely beautiful! She even accommodated our early check in request which was such a huge help. Would definitely recommend this space to everyone and will be back to book again for sure!

I recently stayed at this condo in West Hollywood and had a very positive experience overall. The secure gated garage was a major plus, providing peace of mind for parking. The condo was well-equipped with amenities for cooking, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. Having a built-in washer and dryer in the unit was also very handy. We felt safe in the space throughout our visit, and the location was excellent-just a quick 5-minute drive to a variety of very good restaurants, which made dining out easy and enjoyable. The host was very responsive to all our requests and communicated promptly, contributing to a smooth and pleasant stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout curtains or blinds in the bedroom to help guests sleep better, as the current window coverings let in some light. Additionally, there was some road noise audible inside the condo; however, it was muffled and not disruptive. overall a very positive experience.

Great place to stay in a safe area. Very clean and equipped with all amenities. Host was also very accomodating with late check out! Would recommend to others 😊

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

We stayed at Justin's during our trip to Universal Studios. It was close to the amusement park, very easy to get to, and right off the freeway. It worked out great for our trip!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Devon & Jules’ place! The condo was exactly as pictured clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and their instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This apartment was lovely, was even bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was super soft and comfortable, great facilities. And the hosts were quick to respond and gave easy check in/out instructions. The location made it easy to get around and the parking was very convinient. Overall really pleased and would happily stay here again

first let's talk about that green rug omg it's so soft that's the winner! Aubrey had clear instructions and how to get into the apartment. It was a beautiful space cozy andl very clean and I loved sitting by the fire pit in the courtyard at night time I would definitely stay again. thank you !

We had a great stay at Max and Sasha’s place. From providing very detailed check-in instructions and meeting us very promptly to hand off the keys to the wonderful way they setup the apartment, they are wonderful hosts. We loved the pool area. And the building is in a great location that gave us easy access to the areas we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay there again when we are back in LA.

Excellent location right in the heart of town. Plenty of walkable places nearby. Very Nice amenities on the property, and great views from the Unit. Would stay here agin.

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Leon is very responsive and proactive, made sure we had no issues checking in or with the apartment. Located on a quiet street, the place is very convenient if you need to be in Hollywood. We walked to Trader Joe's, our business meeting near Sunset & Vine, the amazing Egyptian theatre, the Sunday farmer's market, and several really lovely restaurants, one of which was five minutes away. The place was clean and a great deal for two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large kitchen, especially in an area of LA that hosts lots of tourists. Busy Sunset is steps away, but the apartment is in a leafy residential neighborhood. This was a great find.

The host was very prompt with the responses when I needed assistances. Also, the very clearly explained--and not to mention epic --check-in and parking instruction videos were very helpful 😊👍 We personally liked the mattresses also. Thank you for your kind hosting ❤️

Quiet, lovely space. Hot tub, kitchen, grill, washer & dryer were fabulous. (Kitchen well equipped.) The shower, while clean, is quite small. (Keep this in mind for anyone 6’ and above.) Street parking was simple and Nicole’s recommendations for establishments were appreciated. We felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again.

WOW! Bella and Alan's home was upscale, beautiful and full of light. The minimalist, modern design was SO functional, yet warm enough to feel comfortable and right at home. This was my first time in a complex with elevators and stairs, but there was no problem navigating either. Night-time views were spectacular. The conference I attended was literally 6 minutes away which was the reason for my stay. Close to dozens of Hollywood restaurants, attractions and special venues. Parking space in the garage felt safe and the Pool/Jacuzzi/Gym/Fire pit were awesome. Definately would stay again.
