Holiday rentals with a patio in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

El lugar es encantador, perfectamente bien ubicado en una de las zonas mas hermosas de Los Angeles. La decoración, el buen gusto, el detalle en cada rincón me hicieron sentir como en casa, o mejor.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

My husband and I enjoyed the place very much! Highly recommend to anyone trying to be in the city. 😊😊

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s place as he was one of the best hosts we have experienced. He gave us a flexible check in is very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated how clean and stylish the place was. It is very cozy and has nice hikes close by. Recommended to those who need a peaceful quiet place to land that is not in the hustle bustle of the city.

Leah's place is amazing. It's a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Great running trails are nearby, and a delicious restaurant is within walking distance of the house. The hosts were wonderful and super responsive when we had any questions. It was the perfect place for us to stay in Los Angeles. We would absolutely stay there again.

Where do I start… My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon and had an unforgettable experience. The home is a private hidden gem in Laurel Canyon with stunning views. Lawrence and Ren went above and beyond—stocking the house with snacks and sending a detailed list of local recommendations. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience, which really meant a lot. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every feature was clearly labeled and easy to use. They also provided a thorough guide for all the amenities, which are many: hot tub, pool, projector, hilltop haven, and more. We had a packed itinerary but ended up rearranging plans just to enjoy more time at the house. It felt like home—peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully prepared in every way. Rajiv's place is an absolute gem! Nestled beautifully in the hills, this property offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of West Hollywood while keeping you less than 10 minutes away from all the action. The location strikes an ideal balance - you feel completely transported to a peaceful oasis, yet you're still incredibly close to attractions and everything the area has to offer. The place was easy to find and access, which is always a relief when arriving somewhere new. Inside, the space is impeccably clean and features beautiful modern design that makes you feel right at home. Whether you want to relax in the tranquil hillside setting or venture out to explore nearby sites, this location gives you the best of both worlds.

The views were amazing, the beds comfortable, the living room and kitchen great. It was really tough to leave this place. Wanted to stay out on the deck forever. Definitely recommend!

Loved the place! Very chic and comfortable for 2. It would work well for 2 couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pictures do jot do the main floor justice— so much room and natural light and gorgeous views! Love the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again. The only con is that parking was definitely a challenge. Our experience was that offstreet parking was VERY scarce and any spaces were always taken.

Mike’s place is outstanding! It’s a beautiful home with a lovely private outdoor area you can enjoy. The house is comfortable and well-appointed with all you need to enjoy your stay. The location is unique and walkable. You can get delicious baked goods at Proof, coffee at Black Elephant, lunch at Dune, and some of the best Thai food in LA at Holy Basil. All within a few minutes walk! Mike is also a wonderful host - proactive, interesting, and kind. We’ve stayed at a number of Airbnbs in Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, but this is The One we want to come back to again…and again…thank you, Mike, for being such a great host and sharing your lovely home with visitors to Los Angeles!

Arshia’s place is immaculate, with beautiful finishes throughout. The location is perfect for exploring LA—just up the Beverly Hills canyon, with easy access to iconic spots like Sunset, Hollywood homes, and Rodeo Drive. It is also minutes from West Hollywood’s restaurants & shopping. A fantastic stay all around, thank you!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
