Tiny House York

Beautifully renovated property in Stockton on the Forest York, a wonderful village located close to the historic city of York. Perfect for 2 adults. The village boasts the Fox Inn pub, a traditional village pub and restaurant (please note the pub is temporary closed). The Village Stores grocery, handy for things you have forgotten. Deans Garden Centre and Café for a treat as well as Forest Park Golf Club. The property is also close to the Vanguard Centre and Monks Cross Shopping Park.

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

Very convenient with easy access from the A1079, York Centre is located 3 miles away from Haygarth Farm. Dunnington village is within walking distance with great amenities, a pub, bistro, hairdressers, florist, supermarket and Pattacakes Bakery is definitely worth a visit. Hagg Wood is beautiful to visit and is at the end of the lane.
