Sandford is an excellent host and communicates well. When he didn't have what we had requested he was ready with a suitable substitute and allowed us the choice on whether to switch our reservation criteria. I like being offered solutions, not just "no." And, the accommodation was very nice.

What an amazing experience! The rooms are clean, and stocked properly with whatever you need. The price is INSANE value for what you receive. Every member of the staff I interacted with was amazing to deal with. Toni, Lino, and Wendy were awesome and super friendly! There was a young guy I forgot to get his name, he was tall with black hair I believe. He was on a golf cart riding around the complex, and he saw me struggling to get in my room and offered to help. He could've easily strolled by and not done anything, to do that is amazing service and you could tell he was kind. I was very jet lagged that day otherwise I would've got his name lol, I never saw him after that day I wanted to give him a tip for being so cool. I don't really understand how you could rate this place low. Don't worry if you see some people say it's "unclean" or has "roaches" etc. That's not true. Maybe a bug got in from outside, but what do you expect it's a tropical climate. 5 star experience, thank you!

Pretty awesome spot away from the touristy areas. Has a nice pool and clubhouse. 10 minute drive to beach. Great space too.

Easy to get to the resort. Big for 3-member family. Good to cook and barbecue (we didn't do though). Super-easy check-out (You can just text the front desk that you'll check out and it's done). My parents especially loved this place. I'll stay here again if I come to the Big Island again in the future.

Thanks for the stay! Pretty location on the golf course, turkey visits every morning with the sunrise! I’d recommend updating the beds and streamlining the checkin. Otherwise great second floor location in NW of the big island, with quick access to some of the best beaches on the island.

This was a room at the Kona Coast Resort, one of my favorite resorts in Kona. It’s more of a time-share resort, so a bit quieter than the more touristy places in Kona. Kona Coast’s rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you would need. Our room had two full baths and a bedroom with a nice balcony overlooking the golf course. Kona Coast has very nice pools, hot tubs, a poolside restaurant and a very hot sauna. I’d recommend staying at Dee’s place here at Kona Coast Resort. Dee was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

We loved this place a lot! If you like pickleball or tennis there are tons of courts too! The condo is very spacious like a small townhome. We would love to stay again and would have loved to stay a few more days but couldn’t extend the dates. You are walking distance to the bay that has all the manta rays at night and the outrigger- so it’s a fun place to walk around and explore. We will book again!

We stayed at Kalven’s place with our baby and we loved our stay there. Kalven was very responsive at all times we’ve reached out and very easy to communicate with. The place was beautiful, peaceful and close to restaurants and some nice beaches. The amenities we used, like the hot tub, were also great. We ended extending our stay two extra nights and we appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process went and the fact that we didn’t have to check out and into another apartment. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The place was spacious, clean and we had a really beautiful view of the ocean. We felt like we were taking a bit of a risk since there wasn't a ton of ratings yet but the place was one of our favourites while staying on the Big Island. The staff here were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, we went to the close by beaches and then spent time exploring further away places. The kitchen had everything you need and was spotless. I would say they could get a new blender that worked a bit better but that is really all. The place felt very clean overall. The insuite laundry was a huge perk as well. Overall I would say this was a 9/10 for expectation vs reality. The pools looked great but we spent most of our time at the beaches. We will be back here for sure.

The location was great; close enough to downtown that we could walk or take a 3-4 minute Uber ride. The kitchen, bedrooms, and patio were perfect. Two really nice pool areas overlooking the ocean, one with kids, one without. Parking was great and made it easy to get around.

Great stay and location. Part of the resort area. Parking was included for our stay which was helpful. I appreciated how fast and easy it was to communicate with the host. Would stay again and/or book with the same host.

I stayed at this airbnb for a conference, and it was perfect for what I needed. The room was simple and clean. Matthew was very responsive and helpful with checking in. The hotel itself is lovely with great amenities that were access without a problem throughout my stay. The resort/ surroundings are beautiful. Overall, I had a great experience here and highly recommend staying!

Good location, and was perfect for us and our daughter to stay. Kitchen was good and we cooked there often. Played in the pool and had wonderful adventures!

Amazing location right on the beach with a lot of good places to eat around. Host was very helpful and kind. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
