You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

Bucherhof Obsteig – Lärchenruhe

The "Lärchenruhe" is our south-facing apartment. The balcony stretches across the entire length of the apartment. The "Lärchenruhe" is 40 m², barrier-free, has a bedroom with a double bed in Swiss pine and comfort height, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a cozy seating area. On request, 2 adults and 1 child can also be accommodated. On request, it can also be booked for 1 night!
