The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Kombiner ferie ved sjøen og besøk i Dyreparken. Ypperlig for familie og besteforeldre. Leiligheten er på 100m2 og er i 2. etasje på huset vårt med egen inngang. Egen privat del av brygge med møbler og 3 solsenger. Bading rett fra brygga eller 3 minutter å gå til små badestrender i området. Fin lekeplass rett ved huset. Hamresanden med flott strand er bare 5 minutter unna med bil. 12 minutter å gå til buss. Laken, dynetrekk, putevar og håndklær må medbringes av gjester. Parkering rett utenfor.

Cozy apartment in beautiful Biodden which is an old district in Grimstad. Quiet area with only 5 minutes walk to the pleasant city center. The apartment has 1 double bed and a single bed, 2 cozy small living rooms with sofa bed in both, kitchen and an undisturbed patio with access to barbecue and beautiful views. The bathing jetty is located right next to it. There is also a city beach within walking distance. Many nice beaches nearby, both for freshwater and saltwater. Welcome to us.

Cozy apartment in Homborsund! Close to the zoo.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

New log house with stunning sea views

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cottage, boat, spa, private dock, Lillesand

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Naustet er bygget på tradisjonelt vis på 1970-tallet og ligger helt nede ved vannet med flott utsikt over sjøen. Her kan du starte dagen med morgenkaffen i vinduet, ta et forfriskende bad, nyte solen på brygga eller bare senke skuldrene og følge livet på sjøen. Dette er ikke et moderne feriehus med luksus og høy standard. Naustet har en enkel og praktisk innredning, preget av sin alder og historie. Til gjengjeld får du en autentisk opplevelse tett på naturen og sjølivet.
