It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate secluded outdoor space with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

Grimstad is a nice southern village with cozy streets and several dining areas. There is a short way to lovely beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport axis, with frequent service to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is 30 minutes in car to the zoo in Kristiansand.
