The Manatee Lodge is situated on a quiet, clear water, spring fed canal that opens to a shallower, 3 feet deep lagoon with crystal clear 72 degree water all year long. You will see many varieties of fish, unique skate, manatee, river otter & occasional dolphin. Explore with our provided kayaks & paddle boards, bring your own boat or call Captain Rick to pick you up from our dock. Gather around the 18 foot wide fire pit, pass the time in the game room or relax on one of the screened balconies.

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Located directly on the Homosassa River with Gulf Access. Remodeled home located in Old Homosassa. Almost an acre corner lot overlooking the huge bay. Large 2600 square foot, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The property has a screened lanai room, large BBQ patio, screened boathouse with a cleaning station on the dock with sink, ICE MACHINE, and open patio. Huge boat tie-up area. Truly a fisherman's paradise. You can fish right off the dock. Close to everything!!!! BOATLIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.

Nature’s Getaway- 💯 Remodeled Animal Free Property

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

You have the full use of the home without any other occupants. 2 bedrooms with walk in closets, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry. Gated backyard with double entry gate. The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.

Full home that backs up to a canal that is just minutes from the Homosassa River by kayak. Five Kayaks for your use. Ample parking with garage space for one vehicle. You can bring your boat and park it on our dock. Great fire pit for nights. Large screened in patio with a gen-air bar B que. TVs in all the rooms. Great layout and upscale furniture. We live in this home most of the time and when we are gone we rent the complete home.
