Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

The open floor plan opens up to a large screened porch with a dining and lounging space with private and expansive water views.

Chassahowitzka/Homosassa Waterfront Home

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

Home includes 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry on site, spacious backyard with patio, gazebo and BBQ grill. We are pet friendly for small pets but the pets arent allowed on any of the furniture. Peaceful surroundings, safe secluded neighborhood.

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
