House holiday rentals in Homosassa Springs

The house was very neat and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was good and close enough to businesses. Conny was very responsive and friendly. We hope to visit there again when we come visit family.

This is a beautiful home and property, even better than the pictures. Mark provided all the information we needed to have a great trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were 6 kayaks available, one for each member of our party. Being on the water was a huge plus. We kayaked to the spring and spotted two groups of manatees along with other wild life. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will hopefully return.

We had a wonderful stay! Our family of six traveled with our dog on our way further south to the beach, but we wanted to stop and see the manatees in the area. We wouldn’t change a thing! The house was comfy, spacious enough for our big family, and centrally located. Thanks for it all!

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

Sandra’s house was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we were looking for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the space is cared for with love. The location was great, and everything worked flawlessly. Sandra was also an amazing host — kind, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy for us. We truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

We had a group of younger teenagers that we took on a family trip. There was so much for them to do just at the house. They loved fishing, playing corn hole, swimming, ping pong, kayaking, and much more. The large outdoor screened in patio was amazing. Just from the house we saw an alligator and a large alligator snapping turtle. The house had everything we could of needed. I would definitely recommend this for a place to stay. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

Very cute place. Right on the canals, outstanding outdoor areas screened in porch high top on the back deck. We have the opportunity to meet Sam. He was an amazing host. Definitely will rebook if I’m back in that area. The Freezer restaurant is at the end of the road and within walking distance food was amazing!

This place was great! It is nicely furnished with Florida boat life decor. Everything was very modern and clean, and smelled good too! Lots of amenities were provided.

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! This home was was such a find! It sits on a point that is surrounded by seven sisters springs. The house was nostalgic and relaxing, we all felt like we were at the family cabin. It was in a very privet setting but close driving distance to good restaurants(the freezer:) and amenities. We will definitely be back, Thank you Jere and Darlene for making us feel at home.

The house was beautiful and the backyard was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean and literally had anything and everything you to need to make your stay perfect. The private boat ramp was a huge bonus and there was plenty of space to dock our 20 ft boat. The springs are super close as well as all the yummy places to eat if you don't feel like cooking. Will definitely be booking this amazing home again :)

A beautiful old school Florida waterfront retreat. We did a fishing trip with a boat and it was perfect for us. Be aware that what they call the loft is really a common area that the other bedrooms connect with and that you have to go through to get to them. It's not a separate living space---it's really just beds in a family room. Fine for our purposes.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—there wasn’t a single thing we found ourselves missing. The kids had an absolute blast kayaking and swimming in the swimming hole—it was a highlight of the trip! The downstairs area was perfect for the whole family to relax, hang out, and enjoy some quality time together. Such a cozy, welcoming spot—we’d definitely love to come back!

The owner came over to help us with a locking issue for the door. He was very helpful and friendly. He recommended going to The Freezer for dinner. Super spot to eat.

Jeff’s place was great on all levels. Location, cleanliness, communication, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Lori was a wonderful host!! We greatly appreciated her hospitality and great communication! She was attentive and was very generous and helpful with offering suggestions and resources! Everything was organized and clean! We would recommend!

Kristen was a wonderful host. Friendly & accommodating. The house was lovely, comfortable, and well equipped. I especially loved the upstairs loft with the picture window that offered a great view of the surrounding marshlands from the upstairs desk. The outdoor spaces were great for cookouts & fishing too if you’re up for a little kayaking. There are set of wind chimes that sing the most beautiful melody creating an almost hypnotically relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. We were in town for a family Christmas, and it was wonderful to have our own accommodations. There was plenty of space, a ton of amenities, and communication was frequent and thorough. We did have a bit of trouble getting in, and our hosts quickly resolved the issue and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend working with Brit and Brandon and staying at their beautiful property.

We had a great stay. It was very well stocked and comfortable. The owner even left some goodies that were a surprise. I had a few concerns about staying at a location only accessible by boat but it turned out great. It was a much needed relaxing getaway.

We have stayed here 3 times and every time we feel at home.This past trip we stayed a month and had such a good time, Neighborhood is very quiet.Washer and dryer is in the garage and really convenient.The kitchen has everything you need and I am a big cook.Lots to do in Homosassa and lots of little good spots to eat.
