Perfect accommodation and the best host. It was the🥺 first time I used the accommodation, but it was the best and perfect place, so I will definitely use it if the schedule is right. The host is always kind and thoughtful, and I was touched by the consideration many times... It's the best accommodation to the point that I wonder if I can be this comfortable at home. There's everything, so it's hard to find something that's missing. They also gave me a lot of information, such as🥺 nearby walking trails, restaurant recommendations, cafe recommendations, etc., so I didn't have to look for them separately! If you have a chance to come to Jamshil and need a place to stay, I hope you will use it.

John was an amazing host. The place has an amazing view and easy access to the subway. We had a great time in Seoul and John’s place was a big part of that experience.

This is the second place I've stayed. The location is good, the decor is pretty, and everything is good, so I stayed here for the second time! The sea view from the living room was nice, and it was even better because it was a quiet neighborhood.

It was easy to find the location, and I was able to spend the day in a nice atmosphere with a lake view! Above all, I was able to stay well because the space was so clean.

Beautiful, clean and accessible

The atmosphere of the accommodation is so good, not to mention the views, and I think the host has a sense. I always went to a hotel if I went to Sokcho, but I think I'll use it here often. It's right in front of the sea, and there are many places to walk around, so it's nice. There was a comment that the exterior was old, so I think this is great for this price. The boiler was also baked, so it rained the day before, and all the wet clothes were placed on the floor, so it dried out. ✨ I'll come again next time.

Even though it was the weekend, I used the accommodation at a reasonable price. Pros 1. Location - Located right in front of Sokcho Beach, it has good access to restaurants and the beach. 2. View- You can see the Sokcho children and the sea through the window. 3. Cleanliness - All blankets and accessories are clean. 4. Price - It's a weekend, so it's a reasonable price. Cons 1. New house smell - it's still new, so the furniture smells kept coming out. 2. Environment - I slept with the window open to get rid of the smell of a new house, but it was noisy all night due to the sound of horns, busking, and drunk people. 3. It's hard to find the entrance to the parking lot. You have to look carefully. The rooftop pool was open from the day I entered, but if I had known, I would have brought a swimsuit, so it's a shame. Overall, it was a nice place to stay during the trip. Highly recommended.

This is great for a short stay in Yeoju. It’s close to the river and walkable into Yeoju itself. The apartment is clean, quite spacious and has everything you need. I’ll stay again next time I’m in Yeoju!

It's much prettier than what you see in the picture!!~ The bedding was clean and fluffy, and the overall cleaning and maintenance was very good. I grilled meat outside, and almost everything I needed was set up and tidy!! I had a good rest~ ^^

The terrace was also nice, and the living room was perfect for 3 people. The kitchen is really spacious and pretty! It's a really nice place to stay, except for the fact that it's on the 4th floor!

Our stay was enjoyable - kids and pet dog enjoyed the most as the yard/gaden is amazing to run around and play! The home had some cleanliness issues but not major. The comfort and amenities inside the house were pretty good. the property structure is showing some age on the exterior(vs the pictures shown) but satisfied most other promised attributes. some unpromised supplies - like umbrellas, wipes ,stationery etc were provided in the house and they came in handy. The location is excellent - just off the main road and 5 min walking distance to a river bed .

The best advantage is that the checkout is at 2pm, so it's relaxing..! I was able to play until the evening of the day before, check in, play until late, sleep well, and check out, so it was so nice. The neighborhood feels like a residential area, so it's really quiet. It's on the first floor, so the noise is about the same as the people in the same building going out in the morning...? Other than that, it was really quiet and nice.

Thanks to this accommodation, I enjoyed the area called Youngwol very well and had a fun time. I want to come back again in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. I'm even more healed by the host's kindness.

It was a cozy accommodation:) It was the same as the photos and a clean, pretty place with a lot of care! I was able to go straight to the central market by boat, so the transportation was very convenient. I also wore the body warmer you prepared. Thank ☺️ you!! It was a shame that the day was cloudy when we went, but if you go on a good day, I think you can enjoy the trip more because the beach is right in front of you.

I stayed here while traveling with my family, and it was a really relaxing and enjoyable time! There were two rooms, so I was able to rest comfortably, and the bed was really fluffy and cozy, so it was so nice to sleep.! -,? I was really surprised that the bathroom was especially clean! It is cleaner than the pictures. The location of the accommodation was also perfect! There was a discount mart in front of the management room, so it was very convenient to buy simple snacks or drinks, and the food alley was close to the coastal road, so I was able to enjoy various restaurants easily. In the evening, with my family I went out for good food and was so happy! When I got back to the house after a long day of walking around, I really liked the quiet and cozy atmosphere. However, There is no free parking space. For those who come by car, we recommend parking around 5 o'clock in advance. And there are plenty of towels. It was provided, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience.

Ingi’s place was a great place for exploring Seoul, its location near to multiple bus stops , we were never more than a 10 minute walk away from a bus stop we needed. Also had lot of good stores and restaurants nearby if you’re looking for something local. No more than 5 minutes away is a fairly big CU and some nice coffee shops / smaller restaurants. The apartment itself self was also great, looks so much bigger and more spacious than the photos , was a more than comfortable stay for 4 people. The rooftop also offers loverly views of Seoul, spent most nights up there enjoying the views. One thing I will say is the location is a bit hilly, if you’re are someone who struggles with walking or have health conditions it might be a bit of a struggle to walk around in the direct area. Apart from that fantastic place , will definitely look to book again if I return to Seoul.

I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

Five acquaintances went, and they rested without any shortcomings.3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, clean kitchen and quick response. I am satisfied with everything.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
