Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hope

If you’re visiting Bellingham or are looking for a relaxing getaway with family, this is the place. Very comfortable home with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It wasn’t far from good restaurants and activities. We liked the outdoor lights and fire pit. While we didn’t sit outside, it looked inviting. We’d stay there again!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lowell was a truly fantastic host. The location was close to so many beautiful natural places. We couldn't have been happier with our time at this lovely cottage in the woods!

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! I stayed with my best friend from Ontario, my daughter, and her friend, and the place was perfect for all of us. It was incredibly spacious, which gave everyone room to relax and unwind without feeling crowded. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub — we used it in the evening and morning which made the stay feel extra special and relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The Sharon and her husband were friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. We’d absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

I really thought that this cabin was very sweet, comfortable, clean, and a wonderful place to stay for my 10 year old son and I on a little weekend vacation. The tall mossy trees surrounding the hot tub were wonderful to be around, and the design and build of the home were fun to appreciate (as someone who has some decent carpentry skills myself). The only two negatives I had were: 1) there were a ton of emails/texts/etc. associated with getting into the place (there's just no need for that much back and forth and checking in for someone like myself who wants to be off the technology as much as possible), and 2) the total cost of $1,000 for two nights felt pretty steep to me, especially when only two people are allowed to stay. In terms of the place itself, though, it was top notch.

This was a great place to stay for our group of 4 before we climbed Mt. Baker. Excellent host!

Beautiful setting. Enjoyed hot tub and sauna. Slept great. Nice kitchen open to dining and living room. Perfect for family dinner and gathering. Steep stairway to bedrooms but manageable for most with good handrail. Easy entry. Could use a speaker for music, bring your own. Needs a couple saucepans and communicated that to Paul. Felt right at home and made a wedding weekend with family a true celebration because problems or disappointment were NOT a distraction! Thanks Paul

This was our third time staying at Caroline’s amazing place. She is a wonderful host and the cabin and property are incredibly special. It’s hard to find somewhere that has such privacy, with an off the grid feel while also being so well stocked and comfortable. We left feeling so relaxed and recharged and hope to be back again soon!

This was one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Autumn was very communicative and you could tell that so much care had been put into the space. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location for getting to trails for hiking. The neighborhood was also very nice and safe with a great view of Mt. Baker near the river. The place is small, but it is really comfortable for a few nights. It was very clean and organized. We really like the common shared area where they have the pool table, a fireplace, and some nice and cozy sofas. We went there both nights, and it was mostly empty with the whole place for us. We didn’t cook, so we cannot evaluate the kitchen.

It was a family get away and we felt welcomed at Kate's. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clear instructions, easy access, nice touches, and updates to the accommodations. You could tell it was cared for and the host take pride in offering great service. Thsnk you Kate for sharing your space!

Getting in to the building itself is complicated since you can’t go through the front door and the door to the lobby from the garage is broken. We have had many issues with other condos we’ve stayed at in the same building. However, once inside the actual condo, it was clean and perfect. All the amenities were great and the location is awesome. Thank you again for a great stay!

Very nice place with a beautiful view right across from Harrison Lake! We were two couples and shared the bathroom comfortably. Having a shaded garage parking spot was a big plus, and there’s plenty of parking out front. Check-in was a bit confusing at first—mainly due to overly detailed instructions—but once we figured it out, everything else was smooth.

Lara and Casey were very accommodating as we stayed in their apartment for over a month. The place is beautiful and located in a very peaceful and relaxing part of town. It has everything you need for an extended stay in Bellingham, and they were super helpful and lovely hosts!

Vicki is the consummate host and truly an ambassador for Orcas Island. She makes sure that you have the best guest experience but also have your privacy. She gives excellent recommendations for excursions and restaurants. Robin Song Studio has breathtaking views of the water and is nestled in the forest. It is such a cozy place. Lovely stay and will definitely stay here again as a stop during a long road trip. The hosts take great pride in their home and it shows through the pristine furniture and decor that makes you feel cozy and welcome. The location is exactly what we were hoping for, peaceful yet close to what you could need.

Hayden was a great host, it is a beautiful home with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved watching the sunsets from the deck! Our 3 grandkids loved the property and there was a lot to do. It was the perfect place for our trip! We will be back!!

This cabin was an absolutely lovely place to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends. There are many private rooms and spaces (including 2 separate suites in the carriage home!) We were able to utilize the fireplace, hottub and other amenities with a few challenges using the BBQ (bring a BBQ lighter!) The space is on a dirt road surrounding lots of other cabins with very friendly neighbors. The hosts were very quick to respond with anything required and were super friendly. Thank you for a beautiful weekend getaway to the mountains! We will be back! 😃

My favorite part about staying with May was the personal touches, such as a welcome sign with my name on it. What was even more touching was the surprise wedding gift (I was staying at the airbnb leading up to my wedding). There are a few tiny details I personally would prefer to be different but upon bringing them to the hosts attention they were receptive and considerate of what I had to say.

We used the house for a wedding. Hosted the brides immediate family and wedding party. Stayed with 13 people and a dog. Lots of space for everyone. Wedding party enjoyed relaxing in hot tub and used pool. House was very clean with plenty of beds plus four very thick fold out mattresses. Sun was excellent to deal with and it was completely contactless service... always responded to messages within minutes. The property is amazing and very quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful. It is so peaceful here and Anne's home is truly a luxury experience. I loved how spacious the house was - my daughter could be watching a movie on the other side of the house and I wouldn't hear a thing. The pool is beautiful and serene. We loved the massage chair, the bidet toilet (my first time using one of these), and the wonderful shower. The area is an upper-end suburb with cafe's, restaurants and some shopping nearby. There are sidewalks everywhere to walk and the ocean is just a half mile or so away. We mostly did day trips to the city but did have one day in the area checking out open houses just for fun. There are so many enormous, gorgeous houses in this area we were happy to spend an afternoon hopping from one to another. Teresa and Anne were lovely, attentive hosts. We enjoyed the few times we spoke to them and were grateful to have them as. hosts. I highly recommend this home for a quiet, beautiful, luxury stay.
