Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

We offer a fully equipped bungalow with a small terrace consisting of 2 rooms, kitchen, hallway and 2 bathrooms. In addition to central heating, it is also equipped with underfloor heating, so it is also pleasantly warm in winter. Located on the eastern outskirts, in a quiet and green location with available parking. Various excursion opportunities are nearby. Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The house has direct water access. The water invites you to swim and relax and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Idyllic apartment on the outskirts of Berlin

Quiet apartment on the outskirts of Berlin. On two floors we can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere. An advantage would be the journey by car, which can safely be parked in front of the propert. The underground can be reached by car in about 8 minutes (by foot in around 30minutes), there are many free parking areas. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

Our house is technically up to date and provides air conditioning in the living room and bedroom even on hot days for pleasant sleeping temperatures. Garden with pool, terrace, barbecue, fire bowl... Located in Münchehofe, a few meters from several horse farms and a newly established alpaca farm, it is the perfect place to spend, for example, riding holidays with the whole family. A REWE supermarket is just like a drugstore within easy reach. Berlin is 2 km away

We warmly welcome you to our apartment (two-family house) in Hoppegarten near Berlin, which was furnished in a very modern, stylish, cozy way and with a lot of love and attention to detail. For your relaxing vacation or business stay, 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use. The apartment is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn S 5 as well as REWE and DM. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

In the countryside, 30 minutes to the center of Berlin

The 2-room non-smoking apartment (55 m²), private entrance to the upper floor of our single-family house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + linen are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate neighborhood. From Birkenstein S-Bahn station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

Apartment SHORTLY BEFORE BERLIN

In our apartment you will stay quietly in a smaller place directly on the Berlin city border and are in the middle of the lively city of Berlin in 40 minutes by direct U-Bahn connection. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house and is a separate living area with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both bedrooms have TVs incl. Netflix. You can use the Wi-Fi for free.

Casa Edelsita

The ideal base for trips to eventful Berlin or the beautiful green surroundings with its numerous lakes and forests. The 58 sqm apartment offers a bedroom with king size double bed (2 single beds on request), a cozy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are available. Outside there is a covered terrace with a grill, dining table and chairs as well as a fire pit.
