Beachfront holiday rental in Hordaland

On a good summer day, you will have to search for a more idyllic place!

Amazing experience! We stayed in the cabin for 2 days but I’d easily spend in the house a week or two. Perfect location right next to the water with mountains around. 3 isolated bedrooms, nice wooden stove, 100% equipped kitchen, even the dishes are super beautiful Absolutely worth all the good reviews, thank you!

A beautiful place, close to the side roads in Apalvegen and wonderful by the fjord. Everything was top class, and good equipment both inside and in the outdoor area. We are six ladies who have had a great time.

The house and the location are beautiful! It looks exactly the same as in the photos. Raymond is very nice, helpful and we were able to reach him directly. He even got us a baby high chair. Absolutely recommend 😊

Rosendal, the nature, the mountains, the culture, the weather. Everything was wonderful. The courthouse, Anita and Dag and the swimming area as well. We had a brilliant long weekend and didn't miss anything. We gladly came back...

Hans and Emily's house is a real gem! Everything has been thought of, there is everything you need and more. The rooms are beautiful and the house has a special charm. A travel cot and high chair were provided for our daughter, there are games for children and adults - so even in bad weather there is no room for boredom. Charging the electric car also worked perfectly (for a more than fair fee). The communication with Hans during the stay was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a really great place to stay with so many options that we hope to try out on our next visit (canoeing, BBQ, swimming etc). Many thanks to Emily and Hans and all the best!

The stay was special. The place is a jewel - unique location on the fjord, quiet, cozy cottage with large property - great fishing spot. If you want to escape the hectic everyday life, you are in the right place! Secluded, surrounded by nature. Porpoises included. Ove is a friendly host, always available.

Martin was a very nice host, who was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

It does not have easy access because you have to walk from the parking, but the instructions were very clear with photos of everything. It was so easy to access like this. Everything is clean and complies with everything it advertises. Responds quickly. Beautiful place!

We spent a few days in Stavanger at Pål's, the place is beautiful, a sea view, a swimming pool, lots of possibilities. Very good location and accessible by bus every quarter of an hour. The accommodation is well-equipped, charmingly decorated, the bedding is comfortable. Everything you need if the weather is with you. Thanks Pål for all your advice.

Our family had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The property and surroundings offered amazing views and was extremely quiet and peaceful. The property was perfectly located for our family to enjoy the tranquility of the location as well as close enough to the city for activities. Ole Petter was a wonderful host, always responsive to any questions we had and more than happy to provide recommendations to help us enjoy our stay.

We have never received a warmer welcome in an Airbnb home. There were personal greetings and surprises for everyone and a well-equipped house. The host was friendly and flexible with check-out. Everything was idyllic and cozy. Bjørn Harry is worthy of the superhost title. We hope to return.

The stay at May‘s place was fantastic. Stunning views, awesome house, great communication with the host. One of the best equipped accommodations I have ever stayed at. Lovely interior, spectacular outside and the bot house is a true gem. We had a great time and can highly recommend.

During our camping trip we took shelter in this home during a rainy day and one night. It’s a fantastic, small, cosy cottage so it was great to have a day inside in this house. The view is amazing and we saw a beautiful rainbow over the fjord. I can imagine that if the weather is nice that you can enjoy sitting in the garden.

We spent fantastic days at Kjetils house, it was just like we hoped it to be according to the pictures, very cozy house (even bigger living/kitchen area than we expected) in a stunning landscape. Of course spending the long dark nights in the outdoor pool was not only for our children an absolut highlight! (And eben seeing the northern lights one day!) Kjetil always answered immediately any question, just had some minor issues when we arrived in the dark. We would definitely like to come back one day!

We enjoyed our visit and stay at the cottage. The view and location were excellent. The hosts were responsive, helpful and personal. We would highly recommend for either a couple or a family looking to enjoy access to the water and a peaceful location.

Self check-in, unfortunately we were not able to meet our hosts ,but the accommodation etit as described and the view in all the places of the accommodation was splendid perfectly equipped

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this apartment. The view was amazing and the apartment was very clean and modern. Ingrid and Jens were very friendly and the communication worked flawless.

Definitely one of my most beautiful rented homes on Airbnb. The house is decorated with care, feet in the water, calm, kindness of Torstein and Ida. We are the opposite of the anonymous key boxes that are multiplying everywhere. I would recommend it 100%

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The boathouse is perfectly and high-quality furnished, nothing is missing! The hosts are super friendly, were always available to us and provided us with tips and excursion options. Since Fogn is best reached by ferry (free) or by speedboat, you are not necessarily dependent on a car. The small supermarket is within walking distance and swimming is possible directly from the jetty of the boathouse. For an exploration of the island from the water, there is the possibility to use the boat on site. We thank Oddbjorg and Ole very much for this wonderful stay, which we will enjoy for a long time to come!!!

Nice peaceful place with the water just in front of the boathouse door. You stay above the boathouse and can see the trains and the cars go by. Rustic and cozy. Portable chemical toilet and shower with river water.

Fantastic AirBnB in a beautiful location. Easy parking for rental car, easy self check in. The host pays attention to details. Host cares about her guests. Hosts family helps with hosting - we met the uncle & mother while outside & they were both so kind & friendly!! Lovely furniture, cute mugs, comfortable beds, & linen smells fresh. Also, good water pressure & nice shower. We were able to cook dinner & enjoy our tea in the cutest mugs on the back patio with the beautiful lake view. We would stay here again. This would be a great spot for an entire extended weekend or week long vacation. Happy travels :)
