I love it here and I'm happy to be able to show this corner of Bohemia to those who don't know it yet. The newly built chalet with views of the countryside meets all the requirements of modern accommodation. The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. You can experience a holiday here in both the tranquility of nature and with activities (bike, swimming, golf). I will give you my tips for nice places. And don't forget: little is known, but the most beautiful one is here in the spring and fall.

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. You will enjoy your stay because of the cosiness of the furnishing, the comfortable beds, the bright rooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacy bathroom, the library, free Wi-Fi, fiber optik 250/250, Win10Laptop, laser printer. My flat is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families (up to 4 kids). Grocery stores & restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Our cottage

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

New and equipped cottage with a covered veranda in a quiet place on the edge of the Ratmírovský pond. There's a small extension at the back of the cottage where you can hide your bikes. Inside there is a hob, kettle, built-in fridge, microwave, air conditioning/el. heating, TV. Fee per dog 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy plot and a fence. Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, close to the river and ideal for a relaxing time out in the Kamptal. The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

In our neighborhood, surrounded by pristine forests, you can pick mushrooms, blueberries or cranberries. Magical cycling trails will take you directly from the cottage along the traces of the region's history or to Austria.

Double room in Guard Tower built 1505 in centre

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
