Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

There are dining and wellness options nearby. Swimming in a natural swimming pool is available a few minutes on foot, so is the ski resort.
