Terraces around large parts of the cabin for those who love to relax in the sun chair. About 20 minutes by car is Lyngdal which can offer shopping/restaurants and not least Sørlandsbadet. 30 min from the ski resort.

The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Simple apartment, only 5 min drive from Evje!

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Fantastic View in Brokke – Ski-In/Ski-Out

Moderne hytte fra 2021 med vinduer fra gulv til tak som åpner hytten mot en spektakulær utsikt over fjell og dal. På sommeren beiter sauene rundt hytten og er du heldig kommer det en hare hoppende. På vinteren er det ski inn/ut. Hytten har både varmepumpe og peis som gir god varme og kos. Den romslige loftstuen med TV, Lego og spill er perfekt for barna. Hytten passer perfekt for to familier. Er dere bare voksne anbefales maks 8 personer.

There is a short distance to Mineralparken, go-kart track and only 20 min to Evje city center. There is a beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use. Naturhytte til leie ved en liten vann, elv, skog og fjell. Gratis fiskekort og bruk av robåt følger med. Usjenert beliggenhet og naturskjønne omgivelser i Stemmen i Evje og Hornnes kommune. Hytte passer til de som ønsker ikke så høy standard og som liker til å være ut i naturen. Mye skogsdyr i området ba. Hjort, elg, rodyr. Hytten har solcelle til lys og gass-kjøleskap. Hytte ligger aleine.
