We are pleased that you are interested in our beautiful 68 m² apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, so that you can reach the city center on foot in 10-15 minutes, for example. Nearby is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can circle in about 2h-2.5h with a nice walk in nature. Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen was divided. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you are very quickly at the harbor and in the shopping mile. Bicycles can be parked in the small yard. Next year we want to renovate the farm. Parking in front of the house with a fee, to unload ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces. One with fees and one without.

A virtue born of necessity... We were urgently looking for accommodation for one night to spend the last night in family on Poel. Exceptionally, we were very helped with this wonderful accommodation. We were allowed to arrive much earlier by arrangement and are still very enthusiastic. The pictures do not reflect the quality and attention to detail of the apartment. We now have an excellent option for a relaxing time in the north. Thank you for everything! Especially noteworthy is the encounter with the neighbors Gaby and Klaus, who lovingly take care of the house and the guests (especially the little ones). Especially with children, you can't get that anywhere else. Honest, warm, empathetic!

We had two beautiful days in André's very lovingly furnished accommodation. Because of a private appointment nearby, our two dogs were there with our two dogs. Of course, the time was far too short to get to know the beautiful surroundings and that's why we will certainly come back again. In the accommodation you are all to yourself, has everything you need and in summer you can certainly use the beautiful garden and terrace. We were completely satisfied! 👍 Thanks, André 🙏

The apartment was very neat, can be reached quickly from the mediation office and is within walking distance of the old town center and the harbor. The apartment can be reached within a relaxing quarter of an hour from Wismar train station. The key collection went smoothly, the staff was very friendly and within a very short time I was able to move into the apartment. Of course, the apartment was rather small and functional, but this is very good from the pictures and since I only stayed in Wismar for a few days on business trip, it fully met my requirements. The wifi was very stable and right on the ground floor of the house is a cozy cafe with very friendly staff and delicious coffee and cake to end the working day. I was very happy with my stay at the apartment and if I take another business trip to Wismar in the future, I will be happy to book the same place again.

Modern, sunny apartment

We were greeted with fresh coffee and muffins by Irmtraud. 👌The apartment was as described and we felt very comfortable. On the terrace we lacked a slightly larger table and sun protection, as we like to eat outside. We were able to store our bikes in the garden and we did wonderful bike tours in the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back.
