There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. There are two single beds in the master bedroom, and the possibility of extra sleeping places in the living room (sofa bed, guest bed or floor mattress). In the cozy “summer bedroom” there are two single beds (without heating). The bedrooms are in continuation of each other (passage). Bedding and towels are included. Breakfast not included

Holiday apartment on the 1st floor of our abandoned country estate. It is about 30 m2. Here is a double bed (160x200), armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining area for 4 and a small kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. As well as a bathroom with shower. The apartment is locked off from the rest of the house, and has its own roof terrace from which there is also a private entrance. Free WiFi. We have 2 fjord horses, chickens, goats and a sweet outdoor cat. Rental of a stall for a horse is possible.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
