You can enjoy the sun all day on the house's terraces, and after a day at the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the house's outdoor shower, with both cold and hot water. Right across from the holiday home, you will find a large open area with a playground and soccer goals - perfect for children to play! Only 150 meters from the house, you will find a lovely peaceful sandy beach, which is only accessible to the colony's residents. The beach also has 2 new bathing jetties built in 2024, making the beach experience even better. The summer house is insulated for year-round use with a heat pump and underfloor heating throughout the house, making it suitable for rental all year round. The bright kitchen-living room offers a fantastic view over the water, and you can cozy up in front of the wood stove on a cool evening. On rainy days, you have the opportunity to relax on the sofa in front of the house's Smart TV and with lightning-fast 1000 mb Fiber Internet. We recommend a visit to the harbor town of Juelsminde, which is about a 10-minute drive from the summer house. Juelsminde has a cozy marina with many restaurants, an ice cream kiosk, mini golf, and much more. Throughout the summer, Juelsminde offers many activities and dining options. Experience the brand new Nature Park located in Juelsminde with 8-meter-high play towers placed against Odelsbjerget, a wealth of playground equipment, facilities, courts, and challenges, as well as 2 new padel tennis courts. The varied selection of activities means there can be hours of play and challenge. If you want to go on a day trip, we recommend a visit to the cozy island of Hjarnø, which you can reach by ferry from Snaptun. If you prefer the city, Horsens is a good option. Horsens is about a 20-minute drive away. In Horsens, there are both good shopping opportunities, restaurants, and attractions such as the Prison Museum. 5 min. drive to E45 and 3 min. drive to Midtjyske motorway. 10-minute drive to Vejle city center. Not easy to reach by public transport. Large loft with 2 beds of 140 cm wide double bed. The loft is in full standing height and there is direct access to a private bathroom, kitchen and LARGE living room with sofa corner and dining table. Here you can completely unwind, enjoy the tranquility and nature just outside the large windows. The sofa in the loft can be turned into a sofa bed. There is thus room for 4 sleeping guests.

Only 800 meters from the house you will find the sea, which offers beautiful walks along the water all year round. In less than 10 minutes drive is Juelsminde, a cozy coastal town, cafes and some of the area's ice cream. You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day trip in nature.

You can rent this small cozy cottage for your and your family's vacation. The house is 48 m2, it was built in 2018, contains a living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. In connection with the large terrace, there is a nice annex with 3/4 beds. You must bring your own linen, towels, etc.

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of room for the whole family...with a lovely large garden and beautiful terraces, so there is always a place in either sun or shade. Close to forest, nature, city, beaches, Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Aarhus, etc. The area is very child-friendly. It is allowed to bring a clean/quiet dog. Two of the rooms have 120 x 200 cm beds. It is possible to put mattresses on the floor. Bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm bed with the possibility of a baby cot.

LEGOland and Djurs Sommerland are located approx. 1 hour drive from here. There are several places with the possibility of fishing nearby.

Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

We have furnished the downstairs of our house into a big and bright apartment with room for 9 persons. There is a big kitchen, dining room and a lovely patio. The apartment is approx. 4,5 km from Vejle centrum and there are great bus services right outside the door. The distance to Legoland is 30 minutes as well as the distance to GIVSKUD ZOO.
