After a walk by the beach, which is 300 meters away, it's nice to light the wood-burning stove in the living room and relax on the big soft sofa. There's a swing set at the bottom of the garden. Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

The ground floor starts with a very cozy entrance into a large kitchen as well as a kitchen-living room. On the other side, we have a living room with a TV and a fireplace. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom as well as 2 children's rooms and a bathroom. There is access to the backyard directly from the kitchen as well as a large cozy outhouse. Free parking right in front of the house.

Forest outside the door, hiking trails along Horsens fjord and to Trustrup lookout hills. 2 km to a small local beach and 15 km to the good east coast beaches at Saksild. Good local farm shops and exhibitors of handicrafts. 12 km to Odder with a movie theater, good restaurants and shopping. The home is best suited for two people - if you are not a family.
