We loved our stay, thank you so much for making us feel right at home! Beautiful home, lovely and modern, so spacious and comfortable, as well as being peaceful. It is in a great spot to see the beaches and travel to others places from. Excellent local pub for great meals, really friendly people. Lovely quaint area! We really enjoyed staying in your home. smugglers retreat is a lovely, get away from it, holiday let. overall the apartment was very clean, 2 small quibbles, the crockery was a bit old, and the garden table and chairs were unusable. Neither of these things spoilt what was an amazing 3 night stay. Would definitely return as location was excellent, lovely and quite, all you could hear was bird song, and the waves on the sea. Sea Palling itself, is a lovely little village, with everything you need on your doorstep. Sarah was a very informative host, and even let us know if road closure on day of leaving, and told us alternative route

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

We stayed at Birchwood Barn as a family with 3 small children. Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived with Alice arranging 3 gift bags personalised for each of our children. They absolutely loved it and it was a fantastic way to start our bank holiday weekend away. The communication from Alice both prior to and during our stay was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Everything in the property is clean and tidy with all amenities provided. The property is exactly as described, excellent privacy of the outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the large duck pond with duck food provided for our children to feed the ducks. The garden was also a nice size with our children able to play without being overlooked. The location is perfect, with local shops and restaurants nearby and Horsey beach a short drive away to go seal spotting. There were a number of different local companies to arrange day boating on the broads. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would certainly go back.
