All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

The house is beautiful, nicer than the pictures., spectacular. Very fast communication with hosts. Very good location, with a subway mouth 7 min walking. Very recommended! We'll be back!

I was at Carlos' house with some friends and I can only say that it was a 15 out of 10. Carlos was always very attentive to us and our needs. The house was impeccable and with all the comforts that anyone could need, in addition, Carlos left us some welcome amenities which are to be thanked. As soon as we arrived, he also explained how to get around the neighborhood and left us a map with restaurants and places of interest. Undoubtedly, one of the best houses I have stayed in and that, we hope to repeat in the future :-)

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

You can't ask for more, perfect location for IFEMA, large, luxurious house, with all kinds of details, kitchen utensils, freshly ground coffee, quiet area without noise and 10-12 minutes from Chamartín train station. This is the second time we've stayed at Dania's house and we'll definitely be back, a 10 out of 10, especially the friendly and helpful treatment of Nelson, who helped us at all times. I'd like to highlight how clean the house was inside, the beds are the closest thing to a good hotel, comfortable and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We were able to prepare a paella and throw a quiet bridge with friends. The patio area is great and the living rooms of the house are very cozy. We missed a little more kitchen supplies (like a strainer), but otherwise we had no problems. In addition, communication with Purificación was excellent at all times, she is a attentive host who resolves your questions quickly and provides you with all the necessary information.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Cesar was a terrific host. He met us when we arrived. We had been in conversation prior to arrival. He showed us everything about the apartment. Gave us restaurant suggestions and even got a cab together for us before we departed for the airport. A really nice guy.

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect. Everything looked like the photos and the bathrooms and linens were all very freshly cleaned. It was close to a ton of restaurants and shopping. There was some noise at night from the street below, but we would absolutely still stay here again.

Our family of four had a pleasant stay at Mar's apartment in Madrid. The apartment is quite spacious and could have easily accommodated a group twice our size. With two baths and a well-stocked kitchen, we had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our exploration of the city. The location is fantastic: just a short walk from the Prado, Gran Via, and the train station, with a nearby grocery store and many excellent cafes. Mar was a welcoming host, greeting us in person and providing detailed suggestions for what we should consider doing during our stay, and she communicated frequently throughout the visit. In all, we would visit with Mar again!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was well stocked and the hosts were kind and helpful. Comfortable and cute place!

Could not recommend Hugo’s place enough. It was like our own private resort. Incredibly roomy, very comfortable, great atmosphere, plentiful towels, pillows, linens and kitchen items. Great gourmet grocery store up the block. Very close to Parque de Retiro, Museo de Prado and Thyssen. Perfectly safe as well. My only complaint is the hot water ran out quickly for a group of 8. Plan ahead and space them out so everyone gets a hot shower. Again. Would definitely stay again when I come back to Madrid with a large group.

This place is a gem! Perfectly located in the middle of Madrid, walking distance to almost all of the major tourist attractions and wonderful restaurant options, excellent amenities and a perfect host. I’ve stayed here twice and it’s been great both times. I highly recommend Javier and this property!

We stayed here while attending a congress and it was super clean and comfortable. Nice decor too.... Thanks for hosting us! Only thing we would recommend is to install a new mattress on the single bed as it's very uncomfortable. We hope to be back :)

it has been a pleasure to spend one night by gema and cristobal. warm welcome, the house is fabulous, in a very quiet place.

Pablo and his team were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bath were nicely designed and spacious, but there were still many cosmetic things from previous tenants on the shelf. The bathing facility is out of date and showed rust stains in many places. The whirlpool was not functional. The shower was okay The small balcony to our room could not be used because it was full of foliage. For this, we were usually able to use the garden for ourselves. The sun loungers were usually temporarily repaired. The pool was filled with water, but covered with a tarpaulin. Pool use was not foreseen until July according to the description. The property was not very well maintained, in many places there was high uncut and withered flower pots. In previous years, the house and property were certainly a great place for a large family. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The kitchen had everything, but not very well maintained.

It has been wonderful to rent this house. The service was unbeatable: easy, fast... As for the house, it gathers everything we were looking for: a perfect and well-kept garden, swimming pool, barbecue, and an interior that did not lack anything. I would recommend to any user to rent this house to Jose Ramón.

Brilliant house in Madrid. Really close to the airport but really quiet at the same time. The house was spacious and clean and had a great garden to spend some time in. Raquel was very responsive and helpful and in constant contact to make sure all was well. Highly recommended!

Very responsive host and a large, beautiful house! Love the design. Surely do come with a car because it is at a quiet suburb quite a distance from city centre. But, good thing that there are restaurants and supermarkets within reach of a short drive. We also went to Masha’s recommended breakfast place- the churros were great!

i felt at home from moment zero , both Bethlehem, as Alba and as her endearing mother Meritxell...a wonder the Chico of the cleaning is really hard working and polite... I went for exams at the European University of Madrid and if I had to go back , this would be the place
