The apartment is perfect for short stays in Madrid, whether for work (it is one metro station from the IFEMA Fairgrounds and three from Nuevos Ministerios), or for studies, for participation in a cultural or sporting event (really well connected to the center by metro or bus) or for carrying out works in the usual home (next to it is the M-40, M-11 and M-30). The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and several closets. In addition, the sala-comedor (quite spacious) has a very practical and comfortable sofa bed and mesa with chairs. Other Amenities: - Fiber Optic WiFi connection - Smart TV with Netflix - towels, sheets, gel, shampoo, dryer, iron and ironing board. - possibility to request a cot with an additional cost (€30). - air conditioning and radiator heating. - possibility of issuing an invoice. When you get to the apartment I will greet you in person. If for any reason I couldn't do it, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16 to 18 hours. Check-in after 6pm until 9pm will have an additional charge of €20 to be paid in cash by the guest at the time of key delivery. We have the option to check in during those hours and it is free. Check-in time is until 11pm, as stated in the House Rules. If, due to circumstances outside of us (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of having someone greet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35€ in cash at the time of delivery of the keys. From 01h to 02h, 50€. After 02h it is not possible to stay on the floor. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss or forgetting of keys inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited under the sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than the ones indicated in the reservation. Failure to present the same will be the reason for the cancellation of the reservation. Failure to comply with this obligation will give us the right to cancel the reservation without compensation for the customer. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of it. Although we are committed to keeping them for a limited time, you will need to send someone on their behalf to pick them up. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a place other than the accommodation.

Stayswift offers this charming Nordic studio full of details 15 minutes from the Pinar del Rey metro. Ideal for two people, although it is prepared for four. It is 28m2, it is perfect for couples and is ready to accommodate 4 people. The studio has 25 m2 and has a single open area with two differentiated spaces: comfortable double bed and living area with first quality sofa-bed, kitchen and TV. The bathroom with a shower is beautiful and cozy. The studio has a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. Both mattresses are very comfortable and high end. Extensible table 4 chairs. There is a washer-dryer, full kitchen, dryer, toaster, coffee machine. Everything you need for your stay. Very quiet hot/cold climate control.
