Charlotte's Annexe really fit the needs of the three of us. Everything worked and the space was just right. We also loved going for evening walks along the public path right out the door.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Had a great stay at this lovely wee cottage situated behind the large house. Could not fault it. Our host left us eggs, apple juice and a lovely tasty home made bread with butter and jam to go with it. The cottage was clean and had everything we required. Located 18 minutes from Bicester it was an easy journey to my son and daughter in law. Great weekend and thanks for letting us use your cottage.
