This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

This quiet 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bath home is like living in the trees. Enjoy partial lake views while making dinner or enjoying a meal on the deck. This is the perfect lake getaway. Whether you’re here with your special someone or just here by yourself to relax and recharge we welcome all our guest to explore the area and take advantage of all the amenities offered.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Spacious Lake Hamilton home on a large, quiet cove with convenient access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, Mid-America Science Museum, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset.
