The space
Laurenz TRENDY can accommodate up to six guests in two bedrooms. The beds are double beds measuring 180x200. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a comfortable bed for two if desired. The kitchen is spacious and has a pleasant balcony while the living area opens onto a beautiful terrace facing the street. The flat has two bathrooms ( a master bathroom and a small guest bathroom ). In the house we offer space for storing bicycles.

Laurenz Moderno is located at Via Leonardo da Vinci 18, just a few minutes away from the Railway Station and the nearest agreed parking lot (Parking Walther P3 access from Station Avenue).

The facility is located in ZTL so it is not possible to enter by car, so we recommend that you park first.

After collecting your parking entrance ticket, we advise you to keep it and hand it in at the Cooper Bistro at 33 Bottai Street before leaving again with your car.
